A Mythic raid group will have more than 10 DPS. Having all of those being from the classes at the top rather than the classes at the bottom is like getting more than one extra FULL dps. That's NOT insignificant.

How long does it take to accumulate max rested exp?

Full crafted gear will only be maxed at 875 which is normal nighthold.

If you raided anything above normal like heroic or mythic or even mythic EN or TOV your gear will likely be much higher ilevel then 875.

Hell even if you ran normal NH with warforged and titanforged procs your gear will still probably be better then 875.

It's just a decent base ilevel if you have the gold / extra bloods saved up to use on all those pieces of gear.

High ilvl boes can drop from Nighthold trash, but they're a bit expensive on the AH. Crafted stuff is capped at 865 with the exception of Engineering goggles.
