I wasn't actually expecting a sound response, so bonus points for that. Now, let's proceed to the second part of the issue. Why are we now projecting Hanako route's issues to Lilly's route?

Hanako is literally a failed Lilly route. Of course it would branch from her.

No Lilly and Hanako's routes are supposed to be mirrors of each other, Hanako's has issues because of the questionable choices of how to move forward, how it portrays her and how it stops too early but at least in Hanako's they stop coddling her even despite the myriad issues.

In Lillys she never stops coddling Hisao and they never learn to stop coddling, when she finally leaves the response is to run after her and hurt himself at which point Lilly rushes back to do some more coddling. Lilly's neutral ending is probably the actual good ending because it allows both characters to grow.

He still gets coddled and without much further evidence it seems Lilly prefers motherly relationships, props to her for realising in Hanako's route and probably in her ending as well so she's probably aware of what she's doing, following her neutral ending she probably finally manages to kick that habit and enter a healthy relationship.
