real dolls don't have skin, they have the silicone molded onto their bones basically no different layers above bones. and if you cut it open you will never make it behave like before.
it would be better to make a custom frame (of the same size they use) and ask real doll company to mold your "chosen" skin on them.
there would be serious issues tho to consider, heat generated by the computer and servos would dissipate very slowly without an artificial blood flow. charging a real doll with power is also a challenge.

to cont: i think the first step should be a non-motile robot with vibration (perhaps contraction and movement too like an autoblow unit) assistance built in near the genitals, that can be remote controlled from your phone and you could program it to some extent, and also the real doll could have some speaker addons again bluetooth connected to the phone where the app is running and makes moans based on pressure and acceleration sensor feedback from the genitals.
this would be an awesome start and achievable.
