Use Mount&blade font costumiser. You also need to edit the xml file after converting your font or you will ended up with cryptic unreadable font.

This is the xml file that I was talking about. You need to add spacing between your font. To do that, add some value to existing postshift attribute. (I added 10 in my font conversion)

I haven't been playing in more than two years. No way I'm playing warband native, but I'd like not to (completely) waste hours on shitty / unstable content, so... first question:

What are the most polished mod/total conversions these days?

PoP has been recently updated, but it appears it's quite disliked, right?
Is Floris Evolved for Floris mod decent?

Anything else that improves and polishes the 'native' Calradia? I have read good things about Calradia 1050.
I'd be happy with something that doesn't glitch, adds diplomacy, freelancer and a bit more life.

Is the best historic-themed total conversion still Hispania 1200?
It seems development of 1257 AD had stopped when I last played. Is it still very empty and unbalanced as hell?

"Disliking" is mostly memes about its author and some design decisions. Overall its still one of the best mods out there.

If you want a meme mod, try paradigm worlds instead.

The former is beautiful and polished but unplayable. The latter was largely unfinished when I played it but it got a lot of updates since then, so I think now it is way better and finished. Long story short, awoiaf is about the actual m&b gameplay (wars, conquests, sieges, creating kingdom etc), acok is about autism (walking around looking at scenes, exploring the map, screenshots, that sort of thing).

Did you fail at math in school? 20 out of 85 (which is what you have with 30 STR and 20 IF) is not nearly 50%.

I definitely do not consider surviving maybe one extra hit on a lucky day from an elite unit worth a 10 skill point investment.

And it's still only a 30% increase from 65 (which is 30 STR 0 ironflesh) in case that's what you meant. Which doesn't change the fact that it's still far from 50% and that survival in Warband depends a lot more on skill, positioning and knowledge of the game than it does on your HP.

Well, more places are Christian than not. Reforged added pagan hofs, though, so you can have something to raid if you wanted to kill pagan priests.

But if you wanted to be a raider, an edgelord, or something like that, then pagan is the way to go since it provides you more opportunity to be a dick.

Maybe tacticsfags have a point. It doesn't really matter for native where you can easily roll over everything with a smaller army of knights but for some of the more difficult mods I can see this making the difference.
