I would say it's only slightly worse or on par with warlock for a lot of elements. In an arsenal of useless tier 4's I'd say that's pretty good.

News regarding 5-starring GW weapons.

In order to do their final limit break quest, you need to 4-star the respective GW weapon and then... dismantle it for the specific pure soul item.

Basically you loose your precious weapons. All of them.

Really good DATA skill, debuffs land easily on-element, decent elemental atk up on a meh cd and def+ele resist down. Yeah, it's pretty good. The slowed charge gain from the data sort of sucks, but it can be cleared. The def down also does not stack with mist.
