It seems like building it was an intentional act of sabotage by the Commander. Why aren't there two different sets of dialogue during that mandatory call between 21O and 9S in route B, one for if you completed her side qs and one if you didn't? Of all the attention to detail and autism that this game did flawlessly, this one bothers me. What's the meaning behind A2's last words? "I've never realized how beautiful this world is" It makes sense in a vacuum, but given the context it seems off. Why does the corpse of 2B just disappear without a trace and why does 9S not even care for it? Why does 2B care for 9S so much? Is it because E-models are literal secret agents and genuinely being someone's friend/lover is the best way to make them drop their guard?

You gotta use them somehow to get an effect. Your pods have them as a particle effect when using their programs for instance show that they're using a form of technomancy. Pretty much. If you get enough to increase it by twenty percent (which is the maximum) and look up the best route to take on youtube you can get it. Don't mix speed salve and movement chips though, I think that takes it over 20% and cancels it out.
