I just came back for Legion, having not played since Wotlk. I've leveled a monk to 85 but have been really wanting to try DH. Do I miss anything by not leveling through MoP/WoD zones - since I hear that after DH complete their starting zone they're sent right into Legion zones without seeing the situation that leads other classes into those zones?

No, I didn't necessarily mean APM - just classes that feel fast paced and fluid, if that makes sense. Why are so many classes missing on that list? I'm surprised to see Spriest so high but I've never played one.

As an SPriest your main resource is insanity

Your abilities produce insanity

Your burn phase is Voidform, and you get increasing stacks of a buff every second that increases your haste but also insanity drained every second

basically its a race against yourself trying to cast as quickly and efficiently as possible to extend your VF as long as possible

You can play most casters by hitting one buton every 10 seconds

MoP/WoD have arguably the best questing first time around but I think DH get some cinematics and intro that fit their role in the story well enough. Plus you can always go back and level through when you feel like it.
