Why are the champion's abilities so damn OP? Revali's Gale is the only one that isn't completely ridiculous. What were they thinking?
Julian Wright
Reminder that the ending cutscene is Link escorting Zelda back to Kakariko so she can do her research with Impa while Link is upstairs impregnating Paya
Hunter Perez
So where does Demise come from, why is he evil, and how does he turn into Ganon? t. avoided Skyward Sword
Alexander Perez
Ravioli completely trivializes exploration and many environment puzzles tho
Jeremiah Robinson
Ravioli's Formuoli is straight-up broken, I don't know what you're talking about.
Isaac Nguyen
you haven't started the questline for it. yes what do you think "Champion" means?
even Link himself is OP - compare this one to the travelers with their shitty AI.
reminder for you to stop posting this shit every thread.
Demise IS Evil. he doesn't turn into ganon, his hatred finds its way into Ganon. it's the curse of hatred, some Japanese spritual shit.
Ryan Sanders
I WANT TO FUCK FI
Jonathan King
nobody cares retard, if you can't contribute to Zelda discussion then go back to your hole browsing shitty manga.
>>>/mangafox/ piss off.
Mason Gomez
Nayru is the best oracle.
Jason Sullivan
His origins I don't think is ever explained. He's just a demon from long ago. Feels like a very japanese thing in the way that some entities just exist and that there's a ton of deities. Even the bokoblins and moblins seem inspired by oni.
Aside from that, it's less straight forward with his connection to Ganon(dorf). After Link defeats him he curses him to face an incarnation of his hatred presumably til the end of time. The wording makes it sound like it's a personification of his hatred and not just him. This makes sense given that what's left of Demise is sealed in the MS forever. Some people think it's only for Ganon. Others think the curse is a specific kind of bad luck and is actually setting the series up for more villains that aren't Ganon.
Joshua Turner
Will Skyward Sword HD fix her?
Carson Brown
Should I bother keeping gems and minerals or should I just sell them?
Aiden Turner
>His origins I don't think is ever explained. He's just a demon from long ago. >the game meant to give backstory/context for the series fails in that by making demise the same situation ganon used to be >which was completely unnecessary since he was hitherto a wicked male gerudo whose dark spirit interacted with the triforce of power to make him a daemon wew
Mason Sullivan
Sell 'em. They become easier to get the longer you play and money becomes less valuable, and you won't have any use for the gems until later on anyway. Right now the money is worth more to you and when the gems are you'll still have enough.
Jeremiah Butler
the few who know you're a male don't seem to consider you a particularly fine specimen or very charming and some of them just brush it off and treat you the same after a single comment
Link just isn't appealing to the Gerudo for whatever reason
Samuel Watson
(hey newfags watch this)
SO GUYS WHAT TIMELINE IS THIS GAME IN ANYWAY?
Christopher Ramirez
>zelda can't unlock sealing magic >gets mad at hylia for ignoring her >hylia sees her BF is about to be evaporated >says fuck that and gives zelda her blessing
seems legit
Jace Kelly
That's why I think the latter interpretation might be the more accurate one. Which means Link is just cursed to face great evil forever. Whether that be Ganon, Vaati, Yuga, or Malladus. While that works Hylia being in the story tells me they just couldn't have a plot involving the triforce without muh Ganon somehow, even if it's at the beginning of the timeline.
Jaxson Bailey
Just play SS, it's a good game despite it's flaws
Cooper Howard
CD-i!
Daniel Gutierrez
Eat your bananas Link
Tyler Carter
>Link just isn't appealing to the Gerudo for whatever reason He's scrawny and short. Also underage.
Logan Baker
The secret fourth dark world timeline
Thomas Ortiz
Debatable. There's like three I've come across attracted to Link in some capacity. One who said her mom wouldn't object to a voe like him. The one who flirts, but does chicken out if Link flirts back. And one who gets nervous and tells herself it's just a voe, remember your training. Something to that effect.
Lucas Allen
>if you cooperate they actually sell you bananas before trying to kill you >they're insanely overpriced but they stock 99 of them
Brandon Adams
>in ALTTP WW, and TP, the master sword is powered up >in BotW the Master Sword is weak as fuck
why?
Mason Rogers
They don't have much of a choice in the short department.
Thomas Parker
I like how many dialogues there are that let you state that you're over 100 years old and everyone just laughs it off.
Grayson Hernandez
Pretty sure 2 and 3 are the same
It was powerful 100 years ago. You see why it isn't anymore in the final memory. Link breaks it via overuse, making him the first incarnation to manage this.
Adam Edwards
Dude is one year off from being 18. Hyrule is pretty strict about that if you consider 12-16 was adult in medieval times.
Jaxon Edwards
Hudson is manly although Rhondson says he's got a BO problem
The guy by Lovers Pond is a little taller than Link but he certainly isn't buffer or more masculine than Link otherwise
Rhondson is the one who says you're too slight for her mothers standards. I think she was willing to take the first guy she came across who met her mom's criteria. I think she settled for Hudson because he was the best option in Tarrey Town
The last 2 are the same person and it sounds like Link isn't smooth enough as I said about charm
Angel Sanders
17 is considered an adult in Hyrule by Nayru's decree
Age of consent is probably a more complex and also lenient matter, given interspecies relationships, the different rates at which different species mature, and things like Mipha, who had to be between like 50 and 100, having the hots for link when he was under 17, and this being considered acceptable by her family.
Who knows what the drinking age is, since they won't let Link drink. Could be that in-context he's supposed to look younger than 17.
Jordan Cox
Didn't Zelda say she couldn't hear the voice or something to that effect? It could just be powered down. That sword has been reforged and recharged countless times throughout the years. Link kind of forwent any powering up or proving himself worthy. Remember in LttP you had to upgrade the master sword to even hurt Ganon. Link didn't even collect the pendants either he just yanked the sword out with sheer force.
Bentley Myers
Isn't that like raping Fi?
Mason Fisher
>17 Are we just guessing Link's minimum age based on the fact that he could pull the master sword or was his age directly stated.
Kayden Campbell
I WANT THIRTEEN HEARTS
Jose Hill
Are you trying to get Paya Mipha'd?
Nolan Rogers
Link used her so hard he broke her and she needed a 100 years to recuperate
Zachary Morris
He is always around his generation's Zelda's age (as far as I can recall) and she turned 17 the day Calamity Ganon awoke. The "have to be 17 to wield the sword" thing is kind of weird and inconsistent considering kid Links have wielded it before but it is still reasonable evidence as well.
Daniel Hall
Basing it on Zelda's age in this game which is about 17. It's stated somewhere. I think he was going to be younger at first considering how he looked in the reveal trailer. It would certainly explain why he's so short (too lazy to age up the rest of his body as that would be a lot more tweaking to physics and tons of minor shit that adds up).
Carter Myers
That ganon fight and ending were pretty shit for how great the rest of the game was.
Dominic Williams
So did Link take Zelda to Kakariko or to his house in Hateno? That decision is what will determine if their relationship has moved beyond princess and knight
James Diaz
I love this zone, does anyone have good screenshots of it?
David Harris
i need dragon farming spots for the champion tunic
Lucas Fisher
>Didn't Zelda say she couldn't hear the voice or something to that effect? BECAUSE ZELDA LOST HER POWERS
THE MASTER SWORD DID NOT YOU FUCKING IMBECILES
Jaxon Williams
>Each town and some stables have at least one undercover Yiga member that you can expose by dropping bananas in front of them
Jayden Ortiz
and...what implies that zelda lost her powers exactly?
William Bailey
Straight to Kakariko and dumped her there. He got Paya up on his horse, brought her to his house in Hateno, and fucked her on the table.
Jackson Taylor
The fact that she says so?
Lucas Lee
Proofs?
Nathan Smith
But Hylia
Jacob Anderson
Gonna need some serious backing before I take the time to do this
She's gotten his dick in all but one of the other games. she's been far out matched in this one. She can't beat perfection.
>literally allows link to almost fucking die before helping She doesn't deserve him
William Johnson
Really? I thought this was old news. Nothing actually happens, but they look side to side and only pick it up if they don't see you, then you hear the laugh. Try it on the zora that hangs out in the gerudo town cistern
Jason Fisher
it's been awhile but didn't TP Link also not get 3 pendants/pearls/jewels?
He just walked up and took the sword.
Angel Price
>>literally allows link to almost fucking die before helping >She doesn't deserve him
This Link went out of his way to fuck himself up
Doesn't even use a fucking shield
The dude didn't even bother killing a giant in the castle dungeons to be awarded the title of knight and a shield
All he had was the approval of the king because of a dumb legend and a legendary sword that may or may not be anything
All he had was a crappy farce of a ceremony by Zelda, who didn't even care enough to make it the whole way through without sighting and bitching
Joseph Wood
He had to do some puzzle with the guard things instead. So that was probably a new (shittier) preventative method.
Nathaniel Garcia
>find this girl surrounded by bokoblins Was it rape?
Gabriel Hall
>implying he needs a shield Did you not see the memory with the field of dead lynels and cunts? No problem for him. But of course Zelda had to run through the thick of the guardians, so he got fucked up trying to save her bitch ass. He's done with her.
Sebastian Perry
Lynels are piss easy compared to cutscene guardians, of which there were way more than the 2 lynels he fought near death mountain
Carson Gutierrez
>bottom-feeders Were they feeding on her bottom?
Christopher Gonzalez
It's really not worth having to wait for blood moon night between every try. But it's how I knew to follow the shiekah guard during the stolen heirloom quest, because I saw him pocket my bananas on a previous visit
Camden Bennett
...
Jackson Wilson
Ya, and he managed to fuck up a good bit of cutscene guardians. Zelda still didn't do shit until he almost died. She doesn't deserve him. Only Paya does.
John Lee
We should get a straw poll going at the start of next thread so we'll all see that convergence gets the most votes and Hyrule Warriors was canon
Daniel Sanchez
No silly how could she rape all those bokoblins at once?
James Edwards
Whats the deal with those little wind spinners in the stumps? They have something to do with those seeds?
Asher Myers
Being near them spawns the targets for the seed archery tests.
Carter Williams
cd-i
Luis Taylor
>blood moon in the last section of Forgotten Temple not because it's hard, just tedious to parry them all
Dominic King
Oh, all right thanks. I must have done this one then and not realized it
Brayden Rivera
Motherfucker. I got all dressed up in fu sheikah gear with weapon and shield for this goofy bitch?
Andrew Lee
well, some of them don't spawn them directly, which means that there's a hidden balloon nearby.
If you had done it, the korok would be spawned right there next to the pinwheel
Hudson Turner
>2 at least 3, probably more given there's additional carnage offscreen and a silver corpse that's hard to identify (there's also a silver bokoblin so it could be another one of those) youtu.be/gO5RtXgIZtA?t=731
Noah Turner
Does the Forgotten Temple serve any purpose besides being a Guardian gauntlet before its shrine?
Oliver Morales
Unrelated to the new zelda, but what version of Hyrule Warriors should I get? Wii U or 3ds?
I don't have any intention of buying DLC
Sebastian Phillips
Possibly
Parker Hall
I took one look at that place and heard the angry piano riff and about 4 lasers on me and said nope and gtfo. I suck at parrying.
Jaxson Gray
Is there any other way of fighting a Molduga without simply throwing bombs from a safe place?
Mason Myers
I think 3DS has more content if you aren't getting DLC, but the performance is really bad on o3DS.
This is a game where you have to defeat enormous amounts of enemies, and struggle because the draw distance is poor enough that you can't kill anything that should be right in front of you. In that regard, the Wii U version is the best.
Owen Moore
Probably not. It's got an altar you can turn in your orbs at directly behind the shrine, but that's just about it aside from the common Guardian drops.
Evan Jones
You can also use bomb arrows which isn't much different, but you don't need a hiding spot that way
Justin Ramirez
I snipe them then attack when they beach on top of the sands
James Campbell
There is a quest you get to go back there once you have completed 120 shrines
Colton Clark
Oh cool. I only have 13 to go so I'll probably be getting there sometime soon
Henry Harris
Thanks user
Jack Torres
Does the spinner glowing mean anything significant?
Kevin Reyes
The description for "The Eight Heroine" sidequest says that there's someone well acquainted with the seven heroines' legend in Gerudo Town. Where is that person? I swear I've talked to everyone. The only person who mentions the Heroines is talking about a shrine quest which I already completed. Should I just go walk around Gerudo Highlands until I find a statue or something? I want to do the quest "properly"...
Camden Morales
I fucking hated it that you can't use Sand Seals to lure the Molduga out of the sand.
But I was this is because they needed to keep the game less gory or some shit like that.
Levi Taylor
Sauce?
Isaac Davis
Look northwest of Gerudo Summit on your map. You can see the arms.
Nathan Hall
pixiv, that's literally the full image. just use sauce nao
Charles Campbell
>Run into a Yigu during the a thunderstorm >They transform >Lightening immediately strikes their sickle as they do the initial hop back Yaaaaaah...
