The only programmers i know that are strugglin in Mexico are bad programmers, a good chunk of my friends were recluted by msft, google, oracle, intel, and the ones who stayed in Mexico are making at least $60 at day, the rest are really shitty at ehat they do

Cost of living is incredibly low, but still pretty good.
Tons of opportunities for people who know programming, engineering, or software development.
Pay is good/decent. (There is plenty of demand, but not as much revenue like there is in the west)
