I was at a stoplight with a Mini Cooper S the other day and he tried to shut me out of the main lane. I was in the right lane and I sped up to get in front of him and merge into the lane, but he hammered the gas. I had to hammer it too, and my FJ blew the fuck out of him. Are they really that slow? Its just a matter of two bolts and removing the DT-connector to get it off. It already had these two mounting points when I bought the cover, so it made sense to use those. I've since properly sealed the holes so that no water comes through, flattened the two mounts a little bit to lower the bar closer to the bed
