Well she looks 20/21ish, but we don't know how long she really spent in that probability space with the Lutece's. In the beginning of BaS2 it seemed like she lived there for a hot minute. That or she made it to be that way. As for raising Sally, she'd be a good Mom. Maybe become a lesbian for Elanor and live happily ever after.
