>Paying over 200k for a Japanese "super car"
Why are people stupid enough to buy a Japanese shitbox when Ferraris and Lamborghini, and Mclaren are much better?

Why are people so stupid to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars on "fast" shitboxes when they can buy a civic for 3k
inb4 muh vette working mans supercar 50k brah
Why are people so stupid to buy "shitty" 3k civics when a buss pass is 200$?
Nissan GTR is built like a tank, it will last forever
WTF!? I love the 2017 Acura NSX now!
Because it's not 200k but 100k and a low mileage used one is 60k
Type r when
>better than you think
kek
It may be "not bad", but it costs as much as a good one. That is not in the Nissan GTR price range, its more like Mercedes AMG GT and Porsches..
closest competition is an R8. same price, same purpose for the car. I honestly don't know which one I'd pick.
>spending 200k on a car you can't use unless you rent a speedway
>talking about the volume control like it's a positive
This is a paid review, isn't it?
>buying a car when you can buy a bike for $150
who the FUCK DOES THIS SHIT
People who is concerned about safety.
>Paying over 200k for a Japanese "super car"

>NSX - 156k
>GTR - 102k

What did he mean by this?
Doug's latest "review" is so obviously paid for.

I'm getting really tired of seeing this faggot spammed everywhere
And the R35 is pretty much just as fast.
And it doesn't have batteries that will go bad in [insert battery life here].
I really wish Honda had done that awd V10.
It's a fucking nissan rofl. Take a look at a 15 year old 350z.
Yeah.
>I know I've made fun of [shitty feature] on OTHER cars but here's why it's good on the NSX
He was honestly way too hard on the Ghibli.
Japs do cheap speed well, but I wouldn't buy a japanese super car. Too sterile.
>muh soul
>muh passhon
Because taste is subjective
I think the 2017 NSX is my new dream car. I don't care about any of the things people don't like about it and it's amusing to me that nobody is buying them. It looks amazing in blurry motion shots too.
As a giant Hondafag I'm hoping this NSX is the final nail in the coffin for Acura. Their Honda variants come better equipped at a lower price point.

>watches Doug DeMuro's review

>tfw hondafag AND frog poster
but you could build a turbobusa for like $50k
just customized one on their website. it's the best site of that nature I've ever used by far.
There really is something to it tho. Imagine, you have 200 thousand dollars to spend on a car. Do you really end up with a japanese car?
yeah actually
Fix anything on a Ferrari/Lambo/McLaren ~ $60,000 over 60 days.
Fix anything on a Nissan/Honda Supercar ~ $15,000 over 15 days.
If you're seriously claiming the GTR is sterile to drive you clearly have never driven one.

>one is the pinnacle of a Japanese car firm, known for reliability and technology
>suggested European comparables are entry level models of low production sports car firms from mainly Italy
Have you seen Italy recently? The entire country is running on IOUs and olive oil
because a civic isn't fast
They fucked up by trying to turn it into a full blown supercar when the rest of the world has had way more experience and more competition in that market
I feel like seeing one of these in person really makes a difference. I was on the fence until I saw one last week... now I understand. It's phenomenal in the flesh
faster than a corvette z06
youtube.com
2 Garage WORK EG6 -------------------------- 58.138
15 TUC Boss Corvette Z06 -------------------- 1'00.002
a z06 did a 57
It looks way better in person and i know Veeky Forums likes to shit on new car designs like the lexus grille but it looks pretty damn cool in person
some pics/vids I've seen it looks amazing and others it looks like shit. I'll take your word for it.
>tfw i live in Nebraska
It'll probably be awhile before i ever see one in the wild. i was lucky as fuck to see a Ford GT in person.
No matter how fast you make a Civic, it will always be FWD
What's wrong with them?
that's equally as retarded of an argument as "lol v8 are dum"
They fucked up by being shit in F1.
>Nobody is buying them because its the only decent car Acura makes
so why even keep the Acura logo?
Put a honda badge on it and park next to a Type R civic and it wont look so out of place in the dealership
>NSX/GTR
>V6
>R8
>V8 or a V10
Gee, I wonder what car anyone with that kind of cash would buy
Gib me shekles
Yewyewyewyew
Because they want that JDM even though they're made in America.
But yeah, for 200 grand, you can get a used Ferrari 458/FF (nigga it has a v12), lambo huracan, or 570s/Mp4-12c
Or just spend the 200 grand on a AMG GT R
>paying over 200k for a "super car" when the GT350R exists
Why pay 200k+ for a Ferrari shitbox when Porsche's are way better
