People who drive non-sportscars, what's the fastest you driven? Me, I drive a VW Tiguan SUV and the fastest I've gone is 120mph. Felt reeeeal squirrelly going any faster than that.

>truck
83. Terminal velocity. Was scary as fuck
>Acura
Been up to about 130 in it. Not much left after that.
>Old rx300
I used to consistently peg off the 118mph speed limiter
>Fz6
I've gotten it up to about 138-140. I think it's got a bit more in it.

Been 142 in my mom's BMW, was pretty fucking stable.

115 mph in my 90 hp turbodiesel Corolla. Still waiting for a downhill tailwind opportunity to see if I can hit 120 or ideally 125 which translates to 200 metric.

I have an 03 Malibu and it gets sketchy at 85

I drove a mini JCW for a while and did 135 in that once, that's probably the fastest ever

>335i
160mph from gps
>535i
156mph gps
>a4 avant tdi
135mph
>tiguan tdi
130mph and indeed pretty wobbly
>fz6
140mph
No, it isn't - wide open autobahn and WOT for like 15km

132mph GPS in a french 112hp sedan with long gears. Could go faster, but there was traffic ahead. Stable enough to drive with two fingers if the road is in good condition.

Since the pasta thread died I thought I'd let you know hear that I made up my mind and got a loan for the Abarth. Also fasted I've done is 126 mph in my 2007 Jetta on an old county highway. Started to shake real bad past that so I eased off.

Fastest I've ever driven was about 135 in a Mustang.

Currently drive a '99 Jeep Cherokee and about the fastest I've ever had it was 80. I once got the death wobble on the highway and almost lost it at only about 60. I bought new pants and I've been paranoid about it ever since. I haven't driven it over 70 in about 2 years.

>Dads Volvo 850 (or was it a V70 1st Gen? Can't member, he had several Volvos over the time)
290kmh / 180mph, felt fast but still safe
>Mums Fiesta 1.25 (built 2011 or so, before the facelift)
180kmh / 112 mph Yeah, scary wobbely, inside of the car got pretty, slowed down after 5 minutes
>Own BMW E36 316i 1.9 Compact
210 kmh, 130 mph Not as chilly as in a Volvo, but still quite relaxed

>Volvo 850
>290km/h

not a fucking chance kid

Wasn't Stock, sorry I forgot to mention that. You know these 5cyl Turbo Engines can be bumped up pretty easily?
Also as mentioned before, maybe it was an early V70, can't member.

07 stock honda civic sedan with 130k miles on it. Went 125mph. Thats all it had.

>vw caddy 2.0 this

Just shy of 110mph

I don't usually speed as I almost always have drugs in my car

Tdi.. Stupid auto correct

Took my C1500 up to 90+ down a hill. Couldn't really tell how fast I was going since the needle ran out of room.

155 mph on my '05 ZX-6R

you need to go through all of your bushings and end links, figure out what is causing your wobble. you got some old rotted away shit under there b/c even with a lift and big tires you shouldn't be getting that kind of wobble

also helps a lil to replace the old factory steering damper with a Moog unit or something similar

also could have a bad hub. google how to check it, easier than you can imagine. legit takes 2 minutes and 1min 30sec of that is jacking up the front end

115 in a 1996 ford taurus for 30 minutes straight

rip taurus you comfy af

Fucking nice.
It was pretty good. E90 328i with the sports package. Thing was pretty smooth.

>2006/7 F150 (uncles truck as a passenger)
165km/h didn't like that very much
>2003 Passat wagon 1.8t
155km/h sketchy
>2007 Passat wagon 2.0t
170km/h comfy
>2005 Toyota Highlander
150km/h just started to feel unstable
>2005 Monte Carlo
170km/h as a passenger, quite sketchy
>2003 ST1300
140km/h. Speedwobbles happen around 160. No thank you.
>2002 Shadow 750
140km/h, loud but stable, had more in it
>2017 CRF250 Rallye
131km/h, pinned throttle for 2 minutes on a test ride, without the headwind it might have gotten 135km/h
>2006 FJR1300
245km/h GPS, quite stable actually.
>2002 Goldwing GL1800
145km/h it'll go way more but I'd rather not take it there, was still super comfy at that speed though

>euro speeds

>165 km/h
102 mph LUL

>more LUL speeds

>245km/h
152 mph
