If you really want that then SK2 is really your only option. Even though SK2 has the same kind of nonsensical super armor EV has you also could tag in and out between characters to keep combos going in the air. Not that there were any enemies that could even survive it but you know. Burst also sort of had juggling since enemies stayed in the air a bit longer than in the other games and had longer movesets so you could potentially juggle.

Keep in mind that these games aren't made to accommodate these kind of plays though, the entire point is essentially hit and run, you smack everything, jump away, and repeat due to how volatile the enemies get to be. The enemies have small HP bars (Generally) and they hit hard, you're not meant to be chaining everything like you would in something like DMC.

Much better than SV or EV. There's little similarity with SV besides the fact both games are hack & slash. If anything, it has more in common with SK2's mechanics.

Having a smaller cast allows them to have more varied and better developed combat styles and the Phantom mechanics add a nice layer of complexity to the gameplay. It's bigger fault is that is very easy but after all the bitching about SK2 being too hard, that is kind of expected.
