Medivh's valet is kind of shit in decks that don't play ice block. You're playing secrets that are gonna trigger on the opponent's next turn 80% of the time, specially in this version that only runs the 2 good secrets. Waiting until turn 5 to play a secret + valet isn't that great unless you play it with a kirin tor, in which case you probably wanted to play it earlier, and overall it's awkward card that makes the deck more draw dependent than it already is.
Same reason i don't play ethereal arcanist. Besides, you wouldn't play kabal crystal runner if she couldn't lower her cost more than 4, you want to pay 2 or 0 for her. Arcanist is 5/5 WITH a secret up, and will probably die next turn (if not, you're already in a winning position and the advantage isn't game changing)
I also don't like pyroblast cause it will cause your draws to brick even more often.

Secretkeeper is actually usually not that amazing most of the time, you need a good hand to go off with her right away, but it's also another cheap high priority target for removal.

But you get Carnassa and you play a 5 mana 8/8. If you're at turn 5, you actually have a higher chance of drawing a non-raptor card than a raptor. Since your deck is mostly 1-mana shit, you're going to be topdecking garbage. Or you topdeck a raptor, and the next card is another shit card.

It should have changed your entire deck to raptors or some shit.

I've been dominating most opponents with this Elemental Shaman deck. This Pirate Warrior has a terrible start, fucks up on his 3/4 Pirate and missed a weapon buff, and still wins because I don't draw answers to his 5 mana 8/8s. Let alone answers that would win me the game.

Arguably the perfect card, as it has 7 health so I can't even mortal strike it and it kills my guy for free, perfectly spending his 1+9 mana.
