Illegal parking you say?

I bought a 2017 Ducati Scrambler, how much of a beta-trap-sissy-numale-cuck am I?

Is this your cage?

I've been suffering from depression for years.
I've been looking for a new passion to help me get out of this depression and meet new people.

Do you guys think riding would help? Has anyone been in this situation before?

About 75% of us here
Yes it helps you embrace it
It's fun
So do it

I would like to buy new stuff, but I'm too autistic to go and try it.

>helps depression
Reasonably effective.
>meet people
Can go either way.

>modersiggle

CC81, how are you and the senpai m8?

>Really new to driving eh?
>The speed limit where I live is 70 people are crawling up your tailpipe at 80 on the highway.
Not sure what your point is here. The speed wasn't the emphasis of that webm. Just the little headshake from the front wheel popping up over the hill. Also that isn't a highway. It's a little rural road.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=I8q_o2hrzPs
How many of you do shit like this?

Thanks guys, I'll look into it more seriously.

On my bike I am always happy, give it a shot.

Am depressed, have a bike. Was fun until someone smashed it while it was parked. Now am too depressed to fix it.

This desu
It's a good feel

This, constant phisical activity makes your brain release dopamine and the ever changing scenery keeps your mind distracted from going into bad places.

whats the point if they got the plate?

Anyways this is so much better: youtube.com/watch?v=bgo9Dl2gsqM

If you aren't the guy from the other thread then watch this guy's moto Monday videos

Yes.
Yes.

Doing good man, how've you been? Haven't seen you 'round these parts for awhile

Oh, I replaced the Subaru.

>paying money for Chrysler products

>tfw 3 deep in Chryslers

Pretty sure most of the guys have plates removed.
The Finland chase wasn't nearly as exciting

Fucking Ducati and their stupid designs

Whose idea was it to use a random reverse thread on one mirror

I just spent ages trying to loosen it the normal way and snapped the metal screw fitting apart

AMC era Jeep does not count, dunno about the other.

Alex pls stop trying to work on your own bike.

...

>tankpad

I was just taking the mirrors off

Who needs em

>get out of this depression
No but you'll forget your feelies while you wheelie.

...

Started drizzling so I just came back. Also I managed to break the 70mph barrier just125things.

This is my bike (not me, just a random pic of said bike) and after 2-3hours of riding i get pain in my upper back shoulders, should I put my handlebars higher?
Also, anyone know how to put side cases on this bike?

>I was just taking the mirrors off
>and snapped the metal screw fitting apart
Like I said, stop

Now I wanna buy some cheap chinese anime tank pads and stick them to cop bikes around the city.

Thats not an AMC Era Jeep though, it looks like a later XJ.

Yes maybe.

Late XJs were sort of a hybrid.

Blame ducati and their retarded engineers

...

The XJ was the last Jeep designed by AMC iirc, and regardless of ownership, Chrysler didn't cuck Jeep until later

That's actually pretty normal to have one mirror left hand threaded.

dont grip so tightly, you arent meant to hold on to the bars they are just for steering.

see
blame ducati and their retarded owners

But they are supposed to be like that.
Otherwise the wind would just blow them loose all the time.

You're the retard here.

>Who needs em
Are you serious?

Just turn your head ya dingus

As time went on less and less of the XJ was AMC.

Is it really a hybrid when by the end the were all Chrysler Parts?

Late XJs are GOAT though, best version of the I6, AX15, 8.25 rear.

I miss my TJ, 4.0, AX15, LSD D30 Rear with 4.55 gears on 31" tires. Thing could do most blue trails at Rousch Creek and still get sideways when I wanted too.

>Otherwise the wind would just blow them loose all the time

But...if it's a reverse thread that means the wind blowing it (clockwise) would loosen it...

>Just turn your head ya dingus
Unless you turn around completely, that doesn't show what's behind you.

That's why it's only on one of the mirrors.

You have two mirrors friend

But it would also loosen on the left handed mirror with the right hand thread

...

I'm able to on my Grom, because the mirrors are so shit i am used to it.

Chrysler bought all the tooling for the AMC stuff. Drivetrain components stayed mostly the same, light exterior differences. The biggest difference is the interior and electrics which were both much improved IMO.

So, 2014 Vstrom 1000 or a 2013 Tiger 800xc?
Same price.

...

...

Same price and mileage I'd say the Tiger.

Yeah....the right mirror has a LH thread and the left mirror has a RH thread though....

Dude, my produce.

Drive train did get changed though. Chrysler re-did the 4.0 with an actual working EFI system instead of handmedowns from Renault.

And the trans went from some hand-em down Puegot that was undersized to the glorious AX-15.

is there such a thing with a bike? aren't parking tickets and the like just cager tax?

But why

The AW4 carried over and when I said electrics I was including the EFI system

There are those "no parking on sidewalk" signs that are probably aimed at motorcycles.

Traffic is for cars, bikes just lane split through that shit.
Speed limits are for cars, police can't catch bikes.
Parking spaces are for cars, you can just put bikes wherever.
Do you see a theme here?

The Vstrom has 20000km and the tiger has 33000km,
Or 12,000 and 20,000 miles respectively.

...

fukkin kek

Me and the pops are gonna take a ride to go get dinner tonight what are you guys doing for fathers day?

My dad is in Canada fishing so I photoshopped pictures of other peoples' dads on Facebook.

Gave him cycling gloves.
Left him the fuck alone for the rest of the day.

Naturally, there are three general chemical components to none. Seratonin and the like.
One is released in abundance when you try new experiences, like a new highway or trail.
One when you do physical activity, like lifting so you can heft your pigfat American shitbike around.
And the third when you meet friendly people, new or old. Like literally anybody who pulls alongside you at a stoplight.

Buy a modular so it's easier to force yourself to be social, and yes. Motorbikes are generally good for depression.
T. I'm bipolar 2. Spend 75% of my life in chemically induced major depression. I also ride year round.
Out here, the metermaid targets bikes specifically.

I thought you meant you Photoshopped your self into photos with peoples dads to pretend you were loved.

but in all seriousness yeah, I think it would help. Part of the reason I'm doing it. Just the process of getting started has been helpful in getting me out of a rut so far.

I sent him a 4 word text message

"I fucking hate you"?

>first video
cute!
>second video
what the fuck

"post your boi pucci"?

How was your ride with your dad /dbt/?

my dad is in a cabin innawoods somewhere in washington state for a week with no phone reception. :/

Happy Father 's day

"teach me to count"?

HNNNNG.

Get her dirty and post some pictures for us, user.

Doing alright! Had a 7 day trip to FL then worked 7 straight when I got back, which kind of sucked but my bosses know I give a damn... Going to try and tackle the clutch on the DR either tomorrow or Tuesday; we'll see how that goes.

And Happy Father's Day, since that's a thing for you now.

It was really difficult to get my license, I was very anxious. You must never give up, no matter the costs.
Also, if you are solitary, motorcycle doesn't help that much, except if you try to meet new riders. But it's a solitary passion.

Besides that, it's pure joy.

Nailed it.

>what did he mean by this

...

As a V-Stronk owner, for the same money get the Tiger. More refined overall, and the triple is absolutely wonderful. I do love mine though; I've had a lot of fun with it.
