Turd gen Camaro

>ae86
>cheap

Also you can try getting an e46 but it won't be "cheap" unless you find one in good condition.

mr2

AE85 :^)

FD Z31 Turd Gen Volvos 190E/D

Shit spec Bmw 318

e36 325, it will most likely be broken with all sorts of shit going wrong with it.
e34 525 (see above), 535 (if you can find one) is good bet
vovlo 740/940.. its a fancy vovlo 240. solid rear, automatic
turd gen camaro or v6 forth gen. They are kind of shit.
crown vic, old caprices
benz :w201, and other old benzes.

...

wait, which 240?

cause there is like 3 of them

I'm assuming he means SX, be it S13 or 14 I couldn't tell you. But it's probably the SX and not the Z or Volvo given the company.

>S13
>S14
>volvo
>bmw

240 seems to be popular

Nissan 300zx, mk3 supra

Shit I forgot the Beemer. Yeah it does pop up allot in various alpha numeric names for various manufactures.

Triumph TR-7

camaro
>kek

Ford Crown Victoria. Running and driving examples for sub one grand.

>vovlo 740/940.. its a fancy vovlo 240.

It's like a 50 kilo heavier but easier to control 240 with less meme tax.
Get the turbo with the M46 manual, or swap in a M90 if you buy the auto.
Word of advice - a lot of these old turbo volvos have blowby as a end result of wacky backyard tuning.
To test for this, first open the hood and check that the dipstick is seated.
Then do a pull, breaking with your left foot through second gear to ensure that it stays under full boost for a few seconds.
Stop and check if the dipstick has moved out at all - if it has, it is because blowby is pressurizing the block.

tldr: it the dipstick is ziptied down, don't buy.

>240 with less meme tax.
Even old Volvos have that now? What is this world coming to?

As long as you dont care about automatic only, Dodge Charger. You can get ones with the 5.7l HEMI for sub $8k now from 06-09.

explain meme tax to someone living in the urals?

When they overcharge for a rusted up POS because hipsters will overpay for beat up shit .

To clarify, scandinavicuck here.
We have used up most of our good ones so a 240 will cost you more than a miata now, given that they are in similar condition.

Luckily 740 and 940 can be found, but the low-end market of rwd is shrinking alarmingly fast here.

Goddamit Takumi.

we have many rwd still here. New cars are expensive and vaz is cheap

Kinda unrelated, but how much would a UAZ-469 go for in your area? It's my soviet dream car

MR2

if your a mechanic, free
"working" or working, maybe a few thousand. It is dog of a car. not nice

seattle.craigslist.org/tac/cto/6187356019.html

found a GREAT deal for you user. absolutely nothing could possibly go wrong with this one.

316

Clean the fucking flame trap, that's why your dipstick is popping out.
Next your fuckin seals will blow out.

Seconding panther platform. Old ass 80s vics and towncars go for sub $1k all the time.

Buick Roadmaster.

F-Body Camaro/Firebird

3rd or 4th generation.

Anything else is either shit or expensive and really nice.

The only correct answer

ford crown vic

Smart car.

Crown vactoria

80s crown vic
80s gm g body - regal, monte carlo, cutlass
caprice
to name a few

80s f bodies for sure, good power and great torque compared to the other suggestions with the best of them 1986 and up making 245hp and 345 torque they don't handle too terribly they're cheap and swappable too

Mr2, fiero, porsche 944, gremlin

shit, I'd totally buy that. As long as it isn't completely rusted out, it's easy enough to drop in a new motor and get it running pretty decently. AW11 MK1B's are amazing.

Seconded, get the V8 and swap a manual in and you're good.

Broken down 2wd hilux (or whatever the fuck is the poverty pickup in your country) from the 70-80s.

90s truck or a cargo van

Ford Falcon
Holden Commodore

'02 - '04 G35

Both are shit.

Either an S130 280ZX or a Z31 300ZX. I've seriously offered people 300-500 dollars for ones just sitting in their yards and made a sale

Both are high-powered RWD cars that you can get for very cheap.

Name a single car with better value for money.

Lexus is200
Lexus ls400
Chevy caprice
Ford crown vic
Ford thunderbird

I just bought a BMW 318i on Craigslist for $1800. The transmission is due for a flush and it rattles like a bitch on the highway, but hey. It's a fun little car regardless.

Suzuki Carry. Or are you talking about speed that you'll never get to experience?

Stupid reddit car reviews faggot

It's a 1985, the one year before the MK1b

>cheapest RWD car
clapped out Crown Vic

A pickup.

FB/FC sure?

FD? Not cheap at all.

Why the fuck would fd even be an option here lmao ples

>car

pick up truck with topper.

Only one true answer bud.
F I E R O

the gt models are becoming more expensive especially the 88 which is the one with good suspension

old bmws are super cheap, mostly because people who drive them are breaking them down. worth a shot though, depending on country you can get proper (as in, not completely broken) 318is or 325 cheaper than miata.

Toyota Cressida..be prepared to do the head gasket

A new Twingo or Smart. And I'm not even joking, they are RWD. Also most pickup trucks are RWD when you switch off the AWD mode.

>they are rwd
>twingo
what
those are city runners, of corse it's fwd

>new twingo
okay nevermind, i don't know anything about this one

The new Twingo is a SmartCar. They're RR and total deathtraps.
I know it's meme tax but you actually do want a more popular car because aftermarket/restoration stuff exists for it. I can replace every bit of my mustang's interior if I want to. I couldn't with a Fairmont even if it's the same underneath.

e36 3 series. swap the engine.

c class sportcoupe ? did burgers get this car ?

...

...

...

>swapping out the beastly LT1

W124 e36 panthers T-bird/cougars of the 90s

I wish these weren't so fucking huge.

could buy an old police interceptor

v8 rwd, just really heavy.

friend picked his up for 800 bucks. not my style, but hey you said cheap.

E36 would be fine assuming it hasn't been owned by an imbecile that mistreated it.

3rd gen Twingo is RR

falcodore

just saw a listing for a 2001 lexus is 2.0 that has a bit of rust on the sills and arches

but cheap reliable rwd?

Toyota Altezzas have fallen out of favour so much that you can get them pretty cheap

Lexus LS400s are really cheap
