The Tampa or the armored Kuruma.

I like the look of the Tampa but the armored Kuruma seems more practical for making money in heists.

Everyone comes down on the Kuruma for being a shittermobile but it really does make anything involving NPC related shenanigans far easier. VIP missions, missions involving shooting folks up, heist setups like the vagos airplane theft, etc.
