So I'm looking at a new 2017 V6 Mustang at 24gs and some change. Should I wait until the new 2018 models come out that exclude the V6? Would the price drop significantly?
>inb4 get an ecoboost
Dont like how they sound.
>inb4 get a GT V8
Poor fag

Get a used GT V8.

really gets my neurons firing
Budget wise you jackass.
THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS
>buying a new v6 mustang
>dw I'll budget wisely
In any case, it's a better idea to get a used v8 if you're set on a mustang. You can get a 2015+ premium GT for the cost of a new v6
You can get a last gen GT for under 20k.
get a camero
what's the best new car I can get under 30k?
Exactly this.
The v6 will give you reliable power for as long as you have the car.
Their axing the v6?
I have been looking at carmax. Would reliability be an issue?
No. It's a ford. you can fix it with a hammer.
Yes.
No but buying from carmax is. They assrape harder than the average dealer in exchange for """convenience"""
Going from a 07 v6 to a 15 gt lowered my insurance due to the safety features. Should look into it before buying the lesser car because you will be judged harshly by the world at large.
Just buy a 2015 V8 you cuck
Lol fuck no. Buy from Craigslist though. A car doesn't magically turn to shit because it's got 30000 miles on it.
You all make valid points. If I go used what are somethings that I should look at? Telltale signs that the car is not worth the price and it will need further maintenance.
I didn't think women posted on Veeky Forums
Its a NA V8 Ford not a fucking turbo BMW. You will be fine
only issue will be the reported rape on your wallet
Read the damn sticky
As someone who got a very lightly used V6, I wish I had looked around harder and got a V8.
Get a used V8.
Plenty of times I see 2014 GT's / V8's for $18k with < 30k miles on them.
Can't say for 2015+ models.
