The T71 is the only tier 7 light that's actually good anymore. For some reason WG forgot to shit on it. It's literally just as good as the nerfed Bulldog, if not better, and it's an entire tier lower.

I think it goes like this:
Americans:
Generally got kneecapped except for the T21, or requires you to change playstyle
French:
Lose huge dpm (they never had it to begin with) and get hp/t and better on the move shooting
China:
131 loses a gun and dpm in general, 59-16 loses autoloader for a different gun, 132 gets a better engine in exchange for viewrange
Germany:
Ru loses top speed and lots of dpm for hp/t and pen
Leopard gets a new gun

If it had a gun that made it unique, it gets dumpstered to the point where the other gun is better (ELC AMX, Bulldog) or is simply removed (SP 1 C, VK2801)

Meanwhile, on the russian side:
T-50 gets everything buffed except dpm (including viewrange)
MT-25 gets shit on
LTTB gets accuracy, hp buffs, and gun depression for a little dpm
T-54 ltwt gets dpm buff and better hp/ton

Just about everyone lost viewrange and hp except some russians. All replacements for tiers that are new are sidegrades that follow the same rules the others got from the patch except LTG

The only tier 10 light maybe worth considering at all is the Sheridan, do not go past tier 9 otherwise. You have been warned.
