He has a tendency to get facts wrong, but I take that as owners telling him bad information and lightweight googling over any form of malice. I think a lot of people don't like him because he isn't a hardcore "built muh foxbody with 1200hp and took it to the street" car guy and is kind of ignorant in terms of actual mechanics and spends his reviews commenting on things that are not the car. Other people hate him because the whole Fit nonissue ages back, and most on Veeky Forums hate him because they enjoy being contrarian to the rest of the internet.

In all, there are far better review channels for cars out there, if you even count RCR as a review channel at all, and I don't see why Veeky Forums has a hateboner for him.

Jay Leno is a really nice genuine guy who is also long winded, can sometimes say the same thing multiple times, and has fairly uninteresting guests. He does however show off some of the most interesting and downright legendary cars ever made
