Different parts are neat for different things.

Japan seems pretty neat. No one gives a fuck about what you're into or how you modify your car as long as you're passionate about it. Those nips generally don't seem to be that judgemental.

Basically the polar opposite of Veeky Forums.

southern California

its been the center for car culture since car culture was a thing

birthplace of import scene
birthplace of hotrodders
birthplace of lowriders

tons of styles

tons of shops

tons of good roads

Driving is part of our culture, stupid lyft faggots get out reeeeeeeee

Best car culture in terms of quality? Japan

Best car culture in terms of raw performance and freedom of modification? USA

Best car culture in terms of keeping with the original intent of the manufacturer engineering? Europe

Best car culture in terms of making the best of what you're given? Any 3rd world nation

Wh-what about Canada? What are we best at?

You guys um...know how to drive really well in the snow.

Flexing on Americans with your cool imported Japanese cars :'(

no they dont, at least not the frogleafs

youtube.com/watch?v=0BhhsEuYXZQ

Canadians are salty, just like their roads in the winter.
Canadians didn't get the Chevy SS :^)

making me buttfrustrated that GC8 STI coupes are like 7 hours away and I can't have one

You know nothing about the Japanese, weaboo.

>snowplow can't even make it

kek'd

really though I thought using snow tires was the law in canada from like nov-march at least

Australia by far.

Well what else are you gonna do in Australia?

Hot rod culture was born between New York and Chicago during prohibition.

why do canadian police drive american cars

I'd say my country, the UK, has a lively auto scene.

>used market is affordable. RHD country surrounded by LHD, once it's here it's probably not being sold to the continent.
>freedom of modification. Look at old Top Gear challenges and see what you can drive on the roads here.
>good driving roads. Outside cities, there's an abundance of countryside roads that are a pleasure to drive.
>insurance becomes affordable after a few years of sensible driving. 17-21 is meme territory as any other British anons will confirm.
>we get a lot of desirable cars sold here. It's improving too, we're even being sold the Mustang.

Best car culture in terms of smokin darts and doing doughies? Australia

Australia, we've got the best of Euro, American and Jap cars plus our own. In terms of variety and availability we have it the best. If America didn't have their import laws things would be different.

Countries who drive on the wrong side of the road can never have the best car culture.

JDM'd my Holden, come at me bogans.

God no.

With all the highway patrols hunting car enthusiasts, and NSW police making a mockery of car scene in general, Australia is one of the worst places.

that doesn't stop them youtube.com/watch?v=EbgljRFHzi8

>japanese people
>not judgmental
incredibly mistaken

>commiefornia smog laws

nawwwwwww

I love how there's a stigma on cars over 100k miles or 10 years old and you can pick up a great runner for 3-500 quid.

>Implying I'm not subscribed to Noriyaro

Also easy jap imports.

Italy and California.

Picture is random from the great Mille Miglia rally in Italy.

being cucks and apologizing about it?

>if you kill your enemies, they win!

Australia is fully sik

>tons of good roads

Lol sure jeb

Fuck fuckin weeb

>southern California
>tons of good roads
>good roads
>good
Idk if you've ever been...

you do realize I mean to drive and not quality right

>now observe as I come to an anime website and insult people that like Japan!
I hate summer.

We're doing our best to get him out

i agree

nowhere else on the planet has so many exotics, classics, tuned cars, and every other scene actually been driven around and visible, at least not in europe or south america. i can't really speak to japan.

there is just nowhere else with so many well-modified and rare cars driving around, just look at our morning meets

the only thing that seems to possibly compare is daikoku PA or monaco

yeah, but we also don't have real vehicle inspections, and anybody involced in the scene can tell you there are tons of illegal smog shops which will pass absolutely anything

maybe not so much southern california, but california as a whole has some of the best roads anywhere

Not really. It's piss easy to get your lisince here and they teach you nothing about driving in adverse conditions.

Running moonshine in the Appalachian area.

France and Italy have some of the best stunt drivers. They have narrow, winding roads in the mountains and in old cities to contend with. Scenes on wide freeways might look impressive, but take a look at the scenes in Ronin for some close quarters driving.

What did you expect them to drive?

too bad everyone is busy sniffing their own farts

Driving in the snow

>not living in the heartland of america, the midwest

call me a boomer of whatever (i'm 24) - there is NOTHING like the sound and the aesthetic appeal of a classic American vehicle.

nothing is better than an american car from the 50s,60s, and early 70s
sure jap imports are great but they don't have anything on this

In cucked provinces yes

Look at you road laws, Look at your probations on new drivers.

Yeah no, Australia is shit

>Those nips generally don't seem to be that judgemental.

lmao

fucking weebs

Canadian cars? Oh wait. How does this country even exist? Time to grab Canada by the pussy and get them some freedom and cheaper milk. Get out the sowing machines, time to add a few stars to the ol' red white and blue. Death to the maple menace. Send in Omega Force!

Leaf here, we have all of this and more without the shitty nannystate hoon laws and government inspections.
Plus we can actually import cool stuff for cheap, and not require it to be cut in half or be on a registry.

>his greasy sausage fingers type furiously from his moms basement in between bites of his third lunch of 3 burgers and 5 side orders of fries and a diet coke because his mommy wants him to eat healthy.

california, it's not even a contest

we have literally every kind of auto activity here thanks to the diverse climate and topography

within a 20 mile radius from my house there's a shop that restores classic european cars, a miata specialist shop that's always filled with miatas and a general tuner shop that always has a bunch of rx7's and honda's parked outside

>Still hasn't lost a war
>Still has Best M16

It's actually true, Japs will respect you if you're passionate and skillful about a hobby, as long as you make an effort not to inconvenience anyone or shove it in their faces.

"Build" a useless, loud as shit fartbox and drive it up and down through town all night like an American highschooler? You bet your fucking ass they'll hate your guts, people in any country on earth will.

>center for car culture since car culture was a thing
>Motor City

Whatever. We could start the invasion at 9:45 am. And have every major city and capital occupied by noon. The absurdity of trying to resist would just be too much. I know Canadians are funny people but the joke would be on them.

Americans like you are shit.
You do know Canada and America Are the best of buds?

Also, you fail to seem to think that some people would just take it laying down, good meme, you do realise that some people would go full Yugoslav War on your army? IE war crimes for days.

Ps. Our milk is better then your shitty milk

>Italy and California.

Italy's car culture is top heavy. Modifying your car is essentially illegal so unless you are rich you don't really get to participate in car culture.
Car culture in Italy is basically rich guys in Ferraris, doctors in classic Alfas and Lancias and normal guys with fiat 500s.

Yeah, but they will all be rusted to shit in a couple of years, unless you only drive them during the few months of summer.

Honestly I think you can appreciate things far more if you can't have them all the time. Floridians who can drive exotics or ride motorcycles year round will soon consider it ordinary, and ultimately end up less satisfied than someone who can get half his garage back out of storage every spring.

It's truly remarkable each year when winter comes again, and somehow some people are still surprised by it and forget how to drive.
>Alberta
I just watch brodozers slide around for the first few weeks

NZ

BC is OK from what I hear, but Ontario can fuck right the hell off

>t. GTA resident

Not even a Kiwi but I'll have to agree with this one. All the benefits of Kangarooland without all the nanny state shit.
