Well, Uncle Haar lives in Whiterun. Tons of open fields for Fanar to go hunting since he's always asking me ingame to go hunt mammoths. Other children for them to play with. Close to the temple if sickness hits one of them, close to the markets and farms for Snake and Yarti to shop and barter, and close to a notice board for work.

If you're using bodyslide and the hands fuck up whenever you use a morph then it's a known bug on the bodyslide page

Well there's not much to do with Oblivion. You fix the shitty leveling system, some bug fixes, graphics mods, and what else is there? Can't exactly make the combat or roleplaying aspects any good.

You need to open your mind and learn to appreciate all forms of architecture.

Everything that skyrim needs 50-70 mods for are already in the overhauls, so those are all the "loose" mods.

I don't remember Oblivion being popular among casuals like Skyrim? It was quite popular among the japs and chinese peps. They spammed nexus with tons of animey mods. Remember DRMA being my fav body. If it was more popular, then maybe it could get more attention from non-weebs.

So I made a mod for New Vegas that renamed similar items to be next to each other in the item list, like changing Lightweight Metal Armor and Heavy Metal Armor to "Metal Armor, Lightweight" and "Metal Armor, Heavy".

I want to do the same thing here but just using commas doesn't seem to fit the fantasy setting of Skyrim. Any ideas?

Nords are popular smiths and mages, both requiring cataloging of materials.
Surely commas are basically required.

You don't notice thanks to the low fov, but you're zooming out a lot by doing that. Enough to make the game stop rendering certain things when the camera goes away beyond a certain point.
