If you want my guess, it's because of the maneuver flap settings at speed. Either structural or lift limited. Up through 200 KIAS, they're listed as 24/20 degrees. At 200-250 KIAS they're listed as 18/16 degrees. From 250-550 KIAS they're listed as 12/8 degrees.

OK. How about multiplayer-only mission which involves two players with one player skydiving from the space elevator while the other must provide cover until he/she reaches the ground safely? Both the skydiving and fighter jet gameplay can be played either in VR or non-VR mode. The skydiver can be controlled freely during freefall and parachuting phase.
