Yes, pick Pharah and mess him up.

1. Positioning.
You can't be too far, or too close to the battle.
This is very situational, but you have to gauge the situation very quickly and decide where to sit in a fight.
This will come naturally to you as you clock in more hours as Ana.

2. Target priorities.
You should nearly always focus your healing on the tank, because without them you generally lose the teamfight.
Otherwise, you will generally have to make snap judgements on who to heal and when, depending on who is taking or is about to take the most damage.

3. Sleep dart.
Landing good sleeps is all about reading the enemy team's movement and getting used to the delay on it. Enemy Rein/Roadhogs are usually priority targets, especially when they charge/hook someone.

4. Grenade.
This is probably the best part of Ana's toolkit. It is criminally underrated and underused by new Ana players, especially for the anti-heal effect. If you can land this on a few teammates and a bunch of enemies, it is fucking huge. Landing your nade on Rein vs. Rein battles first will usually decide the outcome, especially if you can follow it up quickly with supplemental healing.

5. Nano.
There are obviously some heroes who you should always ult over others, but again it comes down to what is happening at that moment and who would benefit it more. If I know my Soldier or Pharah are flanking and won't be focused I will always give it to my Rein because he can get more value out of it.

6. Bringing it all together.
Once you get some experience under your belt, all of this will flow very nicely and you can make plays like flanking with a Soldier and giving him nano while sleeping a key target and landing a nade on the enemy team denying them healing, or combo'ing your sleep with your Rein's charge so that when his target gets up (if still alive) you can further disable them, or other clutch plays.

Don't forget you can do damage with yuor rifle. The damage was nerfed, but you can still help out when not healing.

You either use it to throw people off cliffs, or just go apeshit in split up the enemy group, pinning down the healers if possible. It's also an excellent tool for pushing people off point during overtime.

Tesla Cannon ignoring armor would really help against Torbjorn armor packs.

How to fix McCree

Reduce reload speed by half, with a new more impressive reload animation

Fix recoil bug (holding down m1 right now does not reset to 100% accuracy, there is still some weird spread happening)

Fix/remove flashbang delay, so that you can shoot instantly after throwing flashbang (currently a delay that is about one second)

Fan the Hammer can now headshot again, but only for twice the damage of current Fan the Hammer bullets

Deadeye: Remove 200 ms click delay onto first target, so that it is instant
Deadeye: Each deadeye hit gives back 16% charge, regardless of damage done (shields, barriers etc do not count)

How is Torb so useless? With his turret he can be in two places at once, his M2 is a mini-Roadhog M1, he provides armor, and Molten Core turns him and his turret into rapid-fore machine guns of death.

I main Torb and have like 122 hours on him total on my main account, but I don't deny he is trash compared to all the other options.

let's try and count all the orisa counters

tracer/genji - ez flank her barrier, deadly shotgun up close, too slippery to catch in vacuum or even damage consistently

hog - eats her barrier, easy M2 sweetspots on her giant immobile head, fortify beats hook but whole hog instantly deletes orisa as she resists the knockback

dva/zarya - out-brute her, higher and more consistent damage potential, far better barriers to save their team

hanzo/widow/mccree/soldier - very polarized, orisa can damage them safely if they set up alone on high ground or approach without a rein, but orisa is extremely suspectible to being caught out of position or flanked as she doesn't have the health or mobility to escape. Fortify only helps if used preemptively or while pocketed, if she's already lost her armor it won't help her survive against any dps the way zarya/dva could.

her biggest problems are hitbox/health, the shitty gun and uncharacteristic delay on her barrier that no other tank has
