Servants have a damage bonus in Solomon Temple depending on their bond level. A Level 10 Bond Herc + Bond CE can solo Goetia due to the damage bonus and insane survivability. Obviously you won't max bond yours when you get there so don't even bother, just grab support Herc.

Taking into account her EX skill and NP she could also be 5* easily. Melt is made to be a broken character in this type of games, but Delight Works will probably nerf her like BB for her to be a playable unit. Honestly she is one of the most OP Servants just because of her virus and Noble Phantasm. Plus, the fact that she is good at hacking in the Mooncell and that she has unlimited potential outside of it.
