I actually find stomach sleeping to be better for my joints: sleeping on my side kills my neck and shoulders (though that's partly because I need new pillows). I can't sleep on my back at all.

That said, I tend to sleep on my side and hug a pillow (a la Yearner). Can't sleep like that without something to hug, though.

If you haven't even bought the PSTV yet, then you can probably get a really good deal on a PSTV bundle that comes with a DS3 and an 8GB Vita memory card along with the PSTV.
If you already have a PSTV then go for the DS4.

get a DS4 if you want latency

ds4 for touchscreen but I like ps3 controller better comfort wise.
