NERFED Aiolos: heal/revive+ap skill, changed from 3 min to 4 min Presty: active duration changed from 10 min to 8 min, cooldown changed from 8 min to 12 min Jibril: vertical heal/revive can only activate when character in her position passes (people in lanes below her cant proc it now)
BUFFED Bell: active debuffs defense instead of AP now, Unavoidable Destiny (1 min DR) now also procs when she's attacked Beth: Charge! (teamwide AB) now procs on any attack, not just pen
