Why does not Europe have affordable supercars?

Why does not Europe have affordable supercars?

Whats the point when the average citizen can't even afford a 0.7l diesel?

i don't know dude does anyone on Veeky Forums even own a new car?

Do you want achmed running people over at 120 mph instead of 60 mph?

Wow, AMAZING thread OP.

To pay for all the "free" stuff

citation on that lap time for the porsche?

lol

>both slower than the GTR

lol, watch as he assrages at this

Neither of those are supercars. One is a sports car, and the other is a muscle car.

Have you tried not being stupid?

>Muscle car
>Burgerking under 8 minutes

>posts an old GT2

>2010 Porsche
>2017 Chevy
>2 second gap on a 20km track
Murrican engineering at its finest.

European friends, in all seriousness, what sports cars do you have over there that are affordable? Like what could €27,000 get you?

30g is base mustang gt price

E92 M3
997 Turbo
Mustang
Corvette C6

Caterhams start at £20k and £30k will get you an Elise

......Depending on the country.

Used? 996 Targa/C2S, 987 S, C5 Corvette, mint Lotus Elise, Jaguar XK, and so on.
New? 27k won't even get you a 208 GTi, because lol taxed per gram of CO2.

Nothing except the new MX-5 comes to mind

Still not a supercar. Lap times don't determine supercar status.

ALSO not supercars.

Also not.

No.

>Gtr
>Affordable
Kek
Also the Gtr is fucking Japanese you autist

>what sports cars do you have over there that are affordable?
>not supercars.
Well, which one is it? Sports cars or supercars?

the zl1 makes 650 ftlb torque

TWR

Why does not America have any supercars?

the guy said sports cars

>Neither of those are supercars.
One is a $300k track variant 911, while the other is fast.

Seriously, what's the point? Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and a few others have cemented their name into the minds of everyone in the world as supercars. They have really no competition, each company sales maybe 1500 new cars a year and there is a massive waiting list to get them. It goes even further because even if you have the money, the companies might not even sell one to you. IF somehow an american car maker made an absolutely amazing supercar, it would still fail because no one in the world associates the word "supercar" with someone like Ford or GMC. Ford is able to sell all of their GT models because it's an extremely limited edition collector's car.

Would be sick t b h

99% of people will never drive a super car. They're toys for the people who use $100 bills to wipe their ass.

They do.

>b-but I am poor
Kek

>japanese
figures, neither america nor europe can compete

>neither america nor europe can compete
>europe
Okay, now you're just shitposting.

Comparing the Corvette to the GT-R is like comparing the GT-R to the Ford GT.

Do you ever just think that maybe, just maybe, that this is bait? Like maybe he is just posting it so someone like you will respond in a favorable way?

so are you saying the Corvette can't compete?

I know it's bait, I just want to see how the baiters respond when the corvette is not defended and the GT is brought up.

!bump

the camero looks like shit

>being this low test

I don't think $100k is something to sneeze at even if you are a millionaire

heh.

and it is POS. Supercar-wannabe
