First for yamaha the bestaha

What's a better buy?

An 04 FZ6 for 3.5k with 5k miles, an 09 FZ6 for 4.1k with 10k miles, or an 04 919 with 16k miles for 3.5k?

I'm thinking the fz6 but oh lawd i have to stop buying bikes faster than I can sell the old ones

>n+1-1

Fz6 is a good bike, but kind of a starter bike desu senpai

I would get the 919 just for the power, but thats just me.

09 is a better bike objectively even if they look uglier. They've got better brakes and suspension

A little less overall power is alright as long as it pulls hard up to 70mph, but tank range is what gets me.

The FZ6 is a little better than the 919 in that department.

Both have i4 smoothness, which is kind of a must after suffering numb everything on a shakey twin.

REMINDER!!!
SuperAmeriMeet is going to be from July 20th -23rd at Cherohala Mountain Trails Campground. Anyone is welcome to come, even if you didn't sign up. There's plenty of space

>17 hours away
fuuuug

>There's plenty of space
Because everybody cancelled

No because it's 6 acres of open camping space
There are at least 7 going as of now, I don't want to make it some sekrit club like seem where you have to be in the special email group and shit, just show up if you want to come

There are people coming from pretty close to that far

SEM* not seem

I think "had to lay her down" was an excuse made by shitty riders to try to convince normies into thinking they're not bad riders, but it makes them looks like retards and bad riders instead.

>not doing a sick slide under a semi truck and then picking your bike up because it weighs less than 400lbs
>not setting your bike up with a stunt cage, lever guards, and folding mirrors

>not having tiny wheels in your stunt cage to make epic slides

Is there anything that sounds worse than a stock gladius?

When you realize you can smell your sweaty balls even through riding pants. Time to wash your underwear on the road.

>not bringing hand washing powder to wash your clothes in the shower

How do I get a really heavy motorcycle on a centre stand?

Going 5 days without even access to a shower before ending up in the city.

Any inline four with a pipe.

All your weight on the stand

A lot of dumbasses cut the lever off the stand so it's impossible to use properly even with a light motorcycle. Muh cornering clearance! Better to take the stand off in that case, so you still have a functioning stand.

Make sure you centerstand hasn't been altered before you throw your back out.

Tell me abou that helmet.
I might upgrade mine soon and I'm torn between that, the Arai XD4 and the AGV AX8

Then just a little stream or lake. Just make sure to use environment friendly shit.

Like a 250kg bike?
For me it's one foot on the lever, and pull on the handlebar and pannier rack slightly, although for my bike that's pure as a stabilizer.

>taking turn at moderate speed
>line ok
>hit bump
>lose line and almost target fix
How do you guys handle it?

Go full throttle and finish the corner with a sikk skid

Soft suspension.

Run your tires at half the recommended pressure.

On my old bike it wouldn't have been a problem, I just want to know if there's any technique/body position/anime stickers I can use to get back on line.

The original /dbt/ stickers (not the ones currently for sale) helped a lot.

>mfw I have the new ones
Shoo shoo skid demon, I have yet to slip up with my new baiku

Late apex. Turning in later gives you more room to cut in and straighten out before bumps.

Today I got a job and I found out I'll have more than €400 in tax return.
Pretty fucking rad. I only lack some figa now.

How was your day /dbt/?

The new ones aren't cursed.

>tfw the skid demon recently took another bike

>favourite coworker wasn't there
>another coworker got fired
>worked on a rad TT
>left more or less on time
>had some good food

was k

Pretty much all anime stickers ensure good handling, braking, and acceleration by keeping passengers off your bike. But, they also increase the chances of your bike mysteriously tipping over in parking lots, and the chances of me stealing your bike and parking mine with a spare set of keys where you left it if you have good taste in stickers. Thanks for the itabike bro.

>found out my new tire won't be here until friday afternoon
>ride planned for saturday morning
I guess it's ok.

kys cringy cuck faggit

It's big and heavy and shoei. You get what you pay for and I have no doubt should I go down and hit my head I've invested well.

The newer version has the cut outs to direct wind through the visor. It's not horrible at hwy speeds buy does get caught up at times.

Vents are limited but the ones that are there work.

Contrary to most people shoei and arai both fit my head. I would have gone for either. I just got the shoei cheaper.

As far as AGV? Nice looking helmet, but it's not SNELL and although they may be made in italy? I'm assuming china? I won't buy a China helmet.

>>another coworker got fired
What did he do?

>wake up early
>depression hits about how I fucked up
>nearly crash on the way to work
>worked hard
>early at hotel
>now done eating and bored and it's just 19:00
But at least, only 4 days before weekend. A well deserved weekend after working 26 days in a row.

he failed.

>after working 26 days in a row

damn, hope you're not too tired to ride on your weekend

t. insecure aggressive closet homo

*snaps fingerless gloves*

Fight me IRL kiddo

How?
How's that even legal?

Barely got time to ride. Have to pick up parts for bike first, then fix bike, go to the barber shop and I might visit an old friend I haven't seen in about a year.

And then maybe working 5-6 weekends in a row.

I guess you're right.
RIP in peace

Love seeing my picture as the OP image, had a shitty day at work today, thank you for cheering me up a tiny bit OP.

>How's that even legal?
It's not. But I get paid all of it at least. Looking at moving company currently. Just thinking about what to write in an open letter to the companies.

>test ridden F800ST, Sprint ST 1050
>head says the beemer
>heart says the triumph

One thing for sure is that my wallet will be absolutely rekt if I go for the triumph.

>How's that even legal?
Go back to yurop

And it will be shrekt if you go for the BMW

How much I love BMW bikes, they aren't the most reliable or cheap ones.

>finger less gloves
Get a load of this squid

Disregard either, get an r9t

Go back to the oven.

>impractical manletmobile

nah

I am 6'1 and need something that accommodates my height properly.

Where do you live where that's not legal?

In Alberta anyways 24 days is legal, and your employer can get a permit to work you longer as long as 50% of affected employees approve. I once knew a guy who did almost 60 days straight - then fucked off to a resort in mexico for 2 months after.

>not riding in fingerless gloves, a leather trenchcoat, armored cargo pants, and milsurp boots

VFR800

Euro is trash

>he thinks he doesn't fit on a BMW R-series

I'm the same height as you, the R1200s are big enough.

>heart says triumph

Go for the triumph then. They aren't italian or austrian level unreliable, they are actually pretty good.

T. Relies on his governments Welfare State to live on 30 hours max a week of work.

>Impractical
Only the racer is impractical which is a shame because it's the coolest

>forgot oil drain plug to tight it to the max one day
> a few days later he made changes on a brake line
>forgot to tighten the pluge
>
>it jizzd all over the fairings

The Netherlands.
We're allowed working 18 days in a row, with then a 3 day rest period.
I'm doing 26, with only 2 days rest.
Also, it's not 8 hours a day, more like a minimum of 10. I hit the 70 hours a week regularly.

>Relies on his governments Welfare State to live on 30 hours max a week of work.

Says the scion of the leach people who have never worked a day in their life and steal the hard earned shekels of the honest people.

>Where do you live where that's not legal?
In any 1st world country? Duh.
There's no way I'm gonna work for more than a couple of weeks with no rest day, I'm not a slave. Even more than a week with no rest day is slavery.

If there's so much work just fucking get more employees, you fucking cheapskates.

Honda better

It's not slavery if you're compensated and have the option to leave at any time

Also, 8 hours at work, 1 hour there and back, 8 hours of sleep, 7 hours of free time. What can you get rid of to get more free time if 7 isn't enough?

>Steal your shekels
Not my fault I work in finance and y'all can't get your shit together

>tfw no money for extra fairings for a full itansha

nice but why not make it just dia?

suzuki best bike, dia best girl. it makes sense.

No salary will ever be enough to compensate for the loss of my time.

Wow, 7 hours! Now try having a family (thing that ensures the future of your country) with that much "free" time.

>have the option to leave at any time
When you don't have a law against this then all the subhumans will get the job and obviously they'll never back down from it and if you wanna work you have to do it at their conditions.

I thought burgers were all over Trump's dick.

If you wanted to have a happy family you should have worked harder to get the qualifications for a better job.

is there any better feeling than leaving the cunt who blocked you from getting to the front at the last set of lights at the back of a 20+ car queue.

>1 hour waking up and breakfast
>1 hour commuting
>9 hours working (including break)
>1 hours commuting
>2 hours making dinner, eating and doing dishes
>0,5 hoursnchecking and paying bills
>8 hours sleeping

That's 22,5 hours. I see only 1,5 hours of free time.
When am I supposed to have a hobby or a social life?

never

I like all the sunshines except zura but then again yoshimaru is best shipping.

>wrecking rice fags

When you go back in time and stay in school instead of expecting to be treated like a skilled american despite only having the networking skills and academic background of an illegal immigrant.

>just get more employee's

When oil was boomin' 26 days on, 12 hour days was pretty much the standard for rig workers. Can't really call them cheapskates when starting pay was around 35/hour with no education or training needed, and most of the stint on is overtime pay at 55/hour - plus various camp/travel/safety bonus's. Not every one is content with 8 hour days / 8 hour pays user.

If you're not willing to work hard, then you either have to make your working time be now valuable through pay, or love with lesser means. Communism doesn't work, neither does socialism.

You need to work for your dollars, the more hours you work the more dollars you get. Freedom, capitalism, and the Western world revolves around you personally making the decision to work that hard

I'm going to get my motorcycle license permit this week. I'm in PA, anything to look for during the test?

don't die

>not liking second best girl
>shipping at all

Wtf I hate GSXRs now

>2017 gsxr
750 or 600? I got the 750 and love it

750. It's amazing, especially coming from a shitbike.

Good on you man! Seriously perfect bike. Where you from?

Give it to me. I'll keep it a nice, clean garage and make sure it never has shitty idols on it.

What kind of chain do you use? I'll have to change mine soon and I'm unsure wether I should pick each part seperately or should go with the D.I.D kit..

Montreal
>wanting a pussy indoor baiku
No thanks

What wheel lifts should I look into?

I get whatever brand o-ring chain is cheapest, excluding the questionable no-name shit. Same for sprockets.

the kind that lifts the wheels

Which brand does that ?

Thinking about going from my cbr250 to a 05 drz400. Supermotos looking fun and the drz seems good am i doing a dumb or a smart?

Welded Steel Tubes™

Suzuki.

Get a GSXR400 instead.

the brands that manufacture wheel lifts?

just get the cheapest one you can.

Let's talk real stuff
Which oil smells best?
My money is on castrol, but motul ain't too bad either... just too sweet

If i were to get another sport why not a 600?
