you see a 911 and a gt-r on the street, you're gonna look at the 911

I suppose that means the Dodge Viper is the better car because it goes faster

But reality doesn't work that way

In my country when you see a 911 peoples experions are: Wow it looks nice!, and when somebody sees a gt-r everybody turns necks and takes their phones to take pictures. Not trying to shame the 911 (I like it) but it's just that by the time you see a gt-r you're going to at least 5 911's.

The original G-series 911s even up to the current GT3RS are all much better cars than the R35, especially since the GT-R had to sacrifice usability by any means to have good track times, and yet still falls behind the discontinued Viper ACR. The 911s sacrifice barely anything, and are top-tier regardless of whether or not you like them. But hey, it's not like you will change your mind or anything, so go ahead and post the same 3 or 4 images every thread like this eventually contains.

GTRs certainly get more attention than 911s in the states. Porsches are a dime a dozen here, and most people don't care enough or lack the knowledge to distinguish a 911 from a cayman or boxter. The GTR, on the other hand, looks completely unique and no cheaper nissan models share the look. No wonder they get more heads turning.
