Used S550 Mustang Prices

I currently drive an S550 V6 Mustang. Why? Because I can't afford the insurance on a V8 at my age. I love the car, but of course I want to upgrade to a GT at some point. I've been eyeing the market and I'm confused. Every used S550 Mustang GT within 100km of me costs more than a brand new base model GT. Most of these cars don't have the premium interior or the performance package. What the fuck is up?

My car stickered for 32k. Racing stripes, 051A equipment package, enhanced security package, reverse sensing system, and an automatic (fucking sue me). Ford's having a sale now where you can get a base V6 for $24,532 or a base GT for $34,285. The GT usually goes for $38,498. Not a bad deal at all. I'd spec my GT with a manual and performance package. That's all I give a fuck about.

The cheapest S550 GT in my area is a 2016 with 27,951km and it's priced at $36,999.

What the actual fuck? For $37k I'll just fucking buy another new one.

Cool blogpost fag, also
>Automatic
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHANA

>He paid 35k for a V6 mustang

Got this for 28k. 2015 8kmiles

>My car stickered for 32k

>he uses leafbux
Nice toilet paper currency you got there bud

Eh, there's nothing I can do about it.

Good ol' Canadian Pesos, my friend.

>not staying on your parents insurance and getting the v8
You dun goofed

I got a 2014 with 8000 miles for $21k after taxes and title and even then I know I overpaid...
Ur dumb m8

>Be me waiting for friend at car meet
>He shows up in his mustang
>Mustang gets a lot of shit on here and I want to know why
>I ask friend if I can drive his mustang
>He tells me to go for it
>I get in his car and there's a bad smell, smells almost like rotten eggs
>Ask friend and he says it's cause he needs to clean the car
>So I start the car and put it into reverse
>Friend stops me and asks what I'm doing
>I tell him I'm backing out the spot
>Friend tells me I'm using the shifter wrong
>Confused as fuck I ask him to show me how to shift
>I get out the car and my friend stands up on the seats
>I ask him why he's standing on the seats and he says just watch
>He then proceeds to pull down his shorts and squats over the shifter spreading his ass cheeks apart
>The knob gently pierces his asshole as he tells me this is how you shift
>He proceeds to do burnouts in the parking lot as he shifts gears smoothly with his tightly clenched asshole
>I'm astonshied by this but now I see why Veeky Forums likes the mustang so much, I've never seen a car shift so smoothly before with nothing but a tight asshole

>OP asks if he should get the V6 or V8
>Everyone tells him he'll regret the V6 and the V8 holds its value
>OP disregards and gets a V6
>Everything went down as expected

It's like you didn't even read the OP.

V8 is heavy and uses lots more gas and needs premium. Atleast the V6 is lighter, better for gas, cheaper, costs less, insurance won't kill you, doesn't sound as annoying, and it's still faster than any v4 shitbox you drive

>V6 is lighter
maybe 150lbs, it also has 135hp less and 120lbft less torque
>better for gas
buying a pony/sports car for mpgs
> cheaper
yeah because its not as good
>costs less
you just said that
>insurance won't kill you
only decent point
> doesn't sound as annoying
wut, are you really saying the v6 mustang sounds better than the v8
> and it's still faster than any v4
>v4
k

Oh. Well sucks for you then.

At least I posted facts. All you posted was

>le muh opinion that more weight is better and shit!

What's the difference between the premium and fastback?

You make it sound like the V8 is garbage. The V6 and V8 both have their pros and cons.

The V6 has zero pros

nice car, youve had for like 4 days how you like, any proof you paid 28k? howd you get that low? ever owned s197?

Premium interior. Leather seats, larger Ford Sync touchscreen. Some other dumb bullshit.

The v8 has zero pros. The extra horsepower is cancelled out by the added weight

>Forged internals from the factory
Some dealers even have a blower as a dealer option with a warranty. You can have a 500+hp car for less than 40k.

>buying a mustang at all

not that other user but GTs in my area start at $28k and a few weeks ago there were incentives that dropped them to $26k.

Wait, the dealer will blow me to buy a car? Like he has someone called the beer who just sucks off customers to make them more likely to buy a car?
