How does Mei deal with her PTSD?

She doesn't have PTSD, the actual events she went through weren't that bad from her personal perspective.

I like the first and third changes but the only change I'd make to her weapon is faster projectile speed, its damage and rate of fire and spread is fine.

Her Barrier can be increased to 1200HP.

Sounds pretty OP unless that DPS cut is really significant.

I'm pretty sure there are hints throughout Ecopoint Antarctica that describe the downfall of the place, as well as the desperate nature of the scientists' struggles. If Mei lead that group (which she probably did) she probably put all the blame on herself since she invented the technology their cryostasis was based off of.

Why all the hate for Orisa?

She is a decent secondary tank, especially on defense.

A few little tweaks and she will be a lot more useful.

The only thing they canonically had was the arm cannon. Fortify, Halt!, Barrier, and Supercharger were all Efi's creations. The only reason the OR-14s in Uprising have them is so they'd be actual bosses and not 3000-HP walking targets.

Focus on doing your best when your teammates performance is out of your control.
