The first one I assume you're invincible and blew the bike up while riding it. Obviously the game wasn't originally designed to handle that. The second is just an example of normal bike physics in this game.

The only ones that Rockstar monitor are new accounts with low rank characters with huge transactions. They can't monitor all of them and they can't make an automated banning system without false-flagging players who grind out legit money really, really quick. That's why bans come in waves - they have to compile all of the shit that players have reported and confirmed as cheaters. If you've established yourself as a long-time player who dindu nuffin (or a Shark Card shill), you can get away with getting dropped a couple of mil every now and then.
