the AI could close the windows and firelocks to prevent a breach from spreading. at this point you're heading down the law 1 rabbit hole and it won't end well.

100% acceptable when you can just get a bunch of eguns 10 minutes into the game, or get 5 bombcap bombs in 15 minutes, with less work, or just spend telecrystals on ebows swords.

That is not hunting for valids it is literally compelled by its laws to stop you and the most effective way is just to kill you especially considering that you are armed and dangerous.
