Mine can solo Destroyer boss lower than floor 15 at T1. He's at 19/18/18/17 gears and using pretty standard obelisk of critdamage/dodge/heal 5% HP.

Making clear tickets grant Shield EXP is making it a hell of a lot easier for people to reach level 70, probably because they intend on increasing the cap again.
The Anniversary pack increasing to 300 Norns, 1,000 R1BAM, 1,200 CNS and 250 bios also makes me think these will be the requirements for whatever they have planned. Since the 1st Anniversary pack covered the amount of mats needed to take a maxed T1 character to T2. Also could potentially explain why WBU is so bullshit hard, with phase 4-5 even being impossible to legitimately complete.

Attack iso, POAH or overdrive

Super good, like a super improved songbird. Can cc/fear forever and just never get hit if you herd the enemies well
Good dps too, has native healing and dodge boost skill
Give her attack set and either an offensive obelisk, defpen/etc, or a rr obelisk just to be safe
Don't bother with mind damage because although she has a boost to mind damage none of her skills do it

The real reward is the alliance XP, our store went up by a lot.

She doesn't need defpen, seeing her T2 will boost it by huge margin. Give her crit damage instead, or dodge if you want to go the survivability route. Also damage proc.

Don't come back. Timeline is still shit with complete shit AI for your characters while the enemy AI is allowed to pull of the most obnoxious shit, which means you're going to have to babysit the shitty boring slog of a shit for 10 turns everyday. Even worse, the new mode that they added is a pure AI vs AI shitkicking fest, and I don't see them performing any necessary QOL updates anytime soon.
