German BBs probably. Any ship that's considered a low point by one person is loved by someone else, like Bayern or Gneisenau. Nassau and Kaiser are the strongest start a BB's going to get.

Yea but it still happens on ships that have taken zero damage. So Its really peculiar how it works because its really frustrating to get like 8 hits on a bismark but only 4 of them actually did damage even though like 7 penetrated
