I fucking hate that porsche SUV and the fucking 4 door crap

Epic thread OP

couldn't agree more OP

porsche has won le mans more than any other supercar manufacturer
prove me wrong you literally cant

911's are the true drivers cars

>muh track performance
Still outperformed buy a 5 year old gtr.

This. A comfortable and refined sportscar. A GTR is not

porsche holds the nurburgring record

>dude I watched top gear xdddd

>PORSH

>dude I fell for the Porsche meme xddd

Porsche deserves all the hatred coming their way after they released this piece of shit

Another brokefag who cannot afford a Porsche

Porsche build this cars for the pleb to use the money for research and developement for their sports cars.
Without the Boxster Pleb car Porsche would be broke.
And now the SUV give them much money to survive.
I don't care about their product spectrum.
For me Porsche best car is the 911.
Without pleb cars and SUV the era of 911 would perhaps be over since some yearrs

Pure sex on wheels.

I expect Sport Turismo to be canceled after one gen because average car buyer with more money than taste and brains will flock to the Cayenne SUV or Macan CUV instead of a wagon which handles like a 911.

>when you're a bitter poorfag busrider that can't resist shitposting

Cayman/Boxster have an objectively superior chassis over the 911

i love the panamera

the only Super cars in the Porsche Line up are the 911 Turbo S and the 918 Spyder

everything else are sports cars or people movers (panamera/macan/cayenne)

...

the base model 911s aren't even really sports cars anymore. they're luxury coupes

OP is an overjealous poorfag.

Buy Poor Man's Porsche, Corvette

SIX
ELEVEN
THIRTEEN

Hell, bang down the hood, smooth out the cabin, buy a junkyard VIN, and forge some mechanic's receipts, you could sell that to a boomer for $60k

...

...

...

YOU HAVENT LIVED UNTIL YOUVE UPHILL RACED IN A 911

NO TIPTRONIC SHIT EITHER, PROPER PEDAL CLUTCH MANUAL

WHIPPING THAT LITTLE FUCKER AROUND HAIRPINS IS THE GOAT MOTORING EXPERIENCE

>911
>super car

Yes. It can spank a Ferrari 488

They're too much fucking fun to drive for me to hate on these anymore.

>smol and toll

Im not sure if you are trolling terribly or just retarded but I said 911 Turbo S

Also what does the interior of a car have to do with it being a super car. It has more to do with how it performs and the numbers it puts down.

that being said 911's aren't known for garish interiors.

pic related is a 911 Turbo S

While I dont agree to OPs point, there is a difference between cars you make for the track and cars you make for the consumers.

Ford had the GT, yet you would not buy an american Ford, would you?

the GT is American

>200k for a 911

Because the record was set when a good portion was closed off.

>Made in Canada

That hits 60mph in like 3.5 dipshit

>Canada
>not america

They build cars like this to sell to the masses so they can make the money to build your favorite sports car (like the Cayman GT4, the many variations of the 911, any Boxster, etc.). A Porsche still exists for the enthusiast...with money, that is.

At least they're not sellouts like BMW...nothing BMW has is built for the enthusiast. Even the M cars are for tryhard posers now.

If you ever left your hick town you'd know

>projecting this hard
Sorry to break your illusion Bubba but it doesn't get any more North American than Canada

*cough*

The new panamera wagon is honestly pretty sick. It only seats 4 so it's kind of fucked but it looks dope as hell. Turbo wagons have always made my dick hard, and the shooting brake combined with the redesign makes it much sexier than either of the SUVs with the same utility.

If you want a "luxury" SUV buy BMW, I've driven one, they're not that bad, the interior is fine, and they cost a lot less with the options you're inevitably going to get. Porsche's "base price" is a fucking meme, nobody buys a base model Porsche because EVERYTHING is an option (which is a good thing) it just means that you can't really look at base price as an accurate measure of what the car will actually cost.

In general I like where they're going, they've experimented a lot over the years, although everyone focuses on the 911 because it is inarguably a flagship, but the cayman is nearly perfect for what it is, and I hope it sticks around. And like said, as much as it pains me to see this shit driving around if some guy wants to buy his wife some badge bling and it funds research I'm all for it. Porsche having money can only mean good things, they can cash out on the badge all they want as long as it never extends to the 911.

What I'm trying to say is that this could be coming back, and it'll be glorious.

>can launch 50 times with no problems while your "proper supercar" has its warranty voided as soon as you press the button

It no longer voids your warranty in the GT-R, and it never did in any other car.

UGH

>handles like a 911
lol wrong
it's pretty amazing but comparing it to the 911 is a travesty
also what's the point of the wagon when the sedan is almost a wagon already? And why wouldn't someone get a nice Cayenne? They're actually good offroad.

>also what's the point of the wagon when the sedan is almost a wagon already?

It looks better, is more functional, performs just as well, has a bit more storage and way more heritage.

id take it for 7k

>It looks better
lol wrong
>is more functional
how so? It's not like you're going to load a Panamera above the trunk lid
>performs just as well
usually the wagon is a bit slower but it's probably negligible
>has a bit more storage
see above
>way more heritage
meme
Porsche was never about wagons

>lol wrong
I get that it's subjective and everything, but cmon dude, the early panamera was hideous.

>how so? It's not like you're going to load a Panamera above the trunk lid
I totally would if I had the wagon

>meme
Shooting brakes have existed almost since cars, and far before Porsche was even a twinkle. And no joke, I would actually use this for it's intended purpose if I felt like dropping dosh on one. 4 dudes, dogs, guns, and fowl in a comfortable well made car is pretty much the pinnacle of society. This car plus a 26g beretta silver pidgeon is new life goals.

>the early panamera
I thought we were comparing it to the current Panamera sedan
>I totally would if I had the wagon
Enjoy obscuring your visibility
>Shooting brakes
That's a fucking wagon, not a shooting brake. You're as faggy as Benz with their "grand coupes"

I'll accept it's not a shooting brake if you'll agree Ferrari is throwing around berlinetta to the point where it's basically meaningless. I'd still say it's more shooting brake than wagon though even if the extra two doors are a travesty. It's not great, but things are getting better, at least to the point where I would DD one with no regret instead of them just pumping out abominations.

your pic is dope as fuck though.

>I'll accept it's not a shooting brake if you'll agree Ferrari is throwing around berlinetta to the point where it's basically meaningless.
But user, berlinetta is just Italian for coupe
> I'd still say it's more shooting brake than wagon though even if the extra two doors are a travesty.
That's what makes it a wagon and not a shooting brake.
>I would DD one with no regret instead of them just pumping out abominations.
Can't disagree with that
>your pic is dope as fuck though.
Save it, it's all yours my friend :)

GTE pro didn't worked out that well.

Ferdinand Porsche did nothing wrong.

3.5? More like 2.5 for the latest 991.2 Turbo S.

not an argument either but its what this thread is based on

Without any options, it seats 5 (if you count the middle seat).

>super car

Only normies fall for the "super cars only come from Italy" meme.

>use plane engine layout in a car
>put it in completely the wrong place to boot
Absolute madmen

as far as cars go? they're good. they need a good driver. but they're not bad cars. the sales models need better brakes imo

>meme
Hans, your Porsches and Audis aren't supercars

I was very specifically not. Has 5 seatbelts, and seats 5 are two very different things, you think anyone riding around in a Porsche is gonna make one of their friends use the bitch seat?

the executive turbo interior is based af

I could see a Porsche driver having to move 4 women and themselves at once.

After a class action lawsuit

>200,000$

Porsche should get into the porn industry since they're so good at fucking people
