As in for advanced ammo types? Because infinite ammo things already exist.

advanced ammo, it completely contradicts what ranger is and makes them a mage with no downsides
basic ammo is fine

Literally the only ammo that matters while being somewhat diffilcult to farm for in large quantities is Chlorophyte Bullets. Everything else is either useless, can be made with NPC-bought materials or is easy to farm in bulk.

Want to make ammo feel unique? Implement some sort of system that allows you to swap between which ammo slot you're using and make all ammo types have a crafting recipe similar to the Endless Quiver/Musket Pouch except they have a cap of X ammo and regenerate automatically over time rather than being truly endless.

There's nothing interesting or unique about consumable ammunition when it does literally nothing to impact gameplay in the middle of combat. All it does is force you to spend a small amount of time buying shit from NPCs or farming in specific areas until you've got several thousand ready again.

The whole purpose of farming ammunition is to implement a realistic fantasy.

Already tried it. It doesn't work bc I've loaded my world and character in 1.3.5 already so they're corrupted in 1.3.4.

A world without shitty corruption spawns after just 10 maps generated.

Starbound combat is still shit.

Somebody want to give me some suggestions for finishing my airship? I'm pretty happy with the overall shape, and I know what I'm gonna do with the larger rooms, but I don't like how crammed in the bunkroom is, and I'm not sure what to do with the other smaller spaces.

But it's awesome.

Aside from the 30 second respawn times in singleplayer, 200% enemy damage, and 200% enemy HP it's awesome yeah.

It's not even super challenging though.

It's 15 without bosses.

No it's just tedious and reinforces the games geargating.

This is my only real complaint and I mod it out because it has no real impact in SP, only in Multi.

as far as I know, firing flares all over the place is the best way to light an area fast instead of placing torches one-by-one
