Levels aren't hard to get until you are on the 90s, and you should be about done with the game by this point unless you REALLY want Unlock Potential from Elder Kai's DLC.
Beyond that, the wishes are pretty bad. Both Ultimates are garbage, the characters aren't that great, most of the Supers are mediocre. I would suggest you get the clothes or acessory (Look them up on YouTube to see if you like them) instead. Only reason i bothered with most wishes was for Platinum Trophy.
