In the end, it doesn't matter. Free SSR for the players, BIG NUMBERS for the devs.

That's certainly unlucky, the only time I had this problem was in the first Caravan when Syoko dropped like in the fourth or fifth day. Even when they fucked up the rates in the first day all I got was Honoka and Honoka.

The high rates were fixed within a few hours, and even there I was unlucky enough to not get either before that. But got them soon enough later.
