In terms of output they're superior, High servants are regarded as cheat class servants basically impossible to take down in their full form. But for reasons they're not in full form in this story. Plus Artemis is just working off Orion's stats and abilities. Which are partially ranked down since she doesn't listen to his instinct. Artemis couldn't even beat Heracles in Okeanus.

Melt's poison was even strong enough to poison a beast that had just absorbed the entire world.
