Teleport was already nerfed, friend. Don't remember the exact patch though, but people said it would kill teleport all together. At this point, the map pressure teleport provides is never going to be over shadowed by ignite or exhaust on top laners.

How come? Ignite top laners is still good in Soloqueue, but don't expect to see it in competitive. Wave management and cross map plays are much more beneficial than a little bit of added kill pressure.

Kept on getting hit by a charm in a bot game by at around lvl 5 and thought that shit was op, so I picked up Ahri and played her till lvl 30 then started playing ranked as her.

It's not an every game build imo, but it's especially good in lanes where you would usually get demolished (Darius, Riven, Jayce etc.)
I suggest you try it out, you don't deal as much damage, but you are nearly unkillable from burst and can brawl anyone that isn't a dedicated duelist. The big amount of AD makes your passive hit like crazy, so remember that just doing Q + AA with passive can kill an ADC.
For maestries i went 0/12/18 with grasp
Runes are basic AD runes with CDR, some people like scaling, some like flat, i like flat more because it allows you to spam more Q in the early game. Not taking CDR at all is pretty good still, especially if you need the extra mr. Also the build doesnt rely on landing and spamming barrels as much as crit gp does, since you can usually go balls deep into the fight with your FREE qss.
