Yeah, it got into her lymph system, she had to have a ton of surgery to remove all the nodes and a fuckton of chemo to clear it out but she beat the odds, this was 15 years ago now.

Cancer can always be treated and sometimes people recover from some super unlikely situations, it's just the more it's spread and how aggressive it is the less likely you are to survive. Sheever caught it super early and she'll probably be right as rain this time next year
