Highest level dungeon will be better. I don't think the daily leveling roulette gives bonus EXP after you clear it, and lower level dungeons will give less EXP than higher level ones.

You only need leveling once a day, there's no bonus after. After that you're better off doing the highest level dungeon.

Leveling roulette is only good for the daily xp bonus, use highest dungeon available after that.

Alternatively, use Palace of the Deep for faster queues.

DO the daily leveling once for the bonus and then your highest level dungeon after that.
