You can close the doors again to get them out of your path. But that means you have to run back and forth quite a bit.
Bees aren't hard but annoying. Also the TP it takes to kill them on Expert means a lot of sleeping at the Inn so doing it the right way might be quicker.
And I'm replaying it to see if Gladsheim is better on Expert and to get all achievements and codex entries this time.

First she summons two bees that increase everyones evasion. Roll to be able to kill them.
Both she and her bees fart out ailments and binds galore. Roll to not get disabled.
It's the entire fight, there is no strategy. Get tagged with too much stuff, you die. Miss too often (because the fucking fat bee has high evasion even outside of the buff) and you die.
Just ram your head against that ugly bitch until the dices don't roll against you.
Or just bind their legs.
Ricky is no Sniper - her leg binds can miss.
And her TEC and LUC are not that great.
If you can get leg snipe to not miss AND the bind to proc.

Ricky's highest stat is LUC most of the time, what are you talking about? TEC is also around that number, although it is a bit lower. Also, hit them before the evasion skills. Or just concentrate on the Queen Bee the majority of the time.
Oh yeah, and Curare is a thing that also helps you with evasion.
And I defeated her just now.
She got shit luck and barely managed to inflict anything.
Shit tier bossfight. Losing feels like bullshit and winning is not satisfying.
Noble Bees outspeed anyone on my team every turn - including when they set up their evasion boost.
Curare could have helped (50% of the time) but I used Simon's poison instead because it does not care about evasion but does a good job at ticking the bees down.
LUC being good on Ricky would be great in any other game. In EOU TEC is the more important stat to inflict stuff.
Her TEC is not bad but she can not both wield a staff for extra TEC and fire a gun to bind so her options to boost her TEC are limited.
But even if she could her stats are not quite high enough to be a reliable inflictor against a boss - especially if she misses half the time in the first place.
Blizzard King is still the King of RNG.

Use the burst that stuns. That's how you beat it.
bring bind removers, use it on 1st, 4rd, 8rth and so on in that order turns to remove it soon as they land
Burst skills are your best friend, so you probably want a dancer at least.
Equip Black Mist, Spectral Cage, the guaranteed stun, and the full party heal. All of them will come in handy.
