It's complicated what you could do with that amount of gold. Best thing to do is save it while playing arena when you have the free time so you can profit.

What does it matter if you don't have board? Snowballing from the early game is the only reason Paladin is considered high tier in Arena

Depends on the other cards and coin/no coin.

If you get win axe and whirlwind/ghoul, so the stuff that lets you deal with his 1-2-3 curve, you can keep the quest.

Normally, the quest is not that important in this matchup since the game is typically over before the reward changes anything. Even midrange hunters don't play the long game and your priority is keeping him from the board for the first couple turns at least. A nice taunt curve can technically do this as well, but you never know when he topdecks deadly shot or adapts poison, so it's better to mulligan for early game removal.

Legend ez if you're not dumb and are lucky with your tech crabs.

Glacial shards and bilefins are optimal.

Aggro matchups are horrible anyway for this deck, so I guess it really depends what you're up against the most often and what tech can you fit against it (crabs, corsairs, pretty much nothing against aggro druid).
