Keep trying again and again. Remember the patterns. Remember to use focus and keep the hitbox in mind. Use Spell Cards at the very last second if you need to. It also depends on which game and what character and their style you're using.

Not sure about eligibility but I hear they interview foreigners for language specialist positions. There's a proficiency test for english and your language of choice. Isn't there a US army base near you?
