Range feels too small to do her job properly; too squishy to be 'mid line'.
Owl feels bad without width; the quest is garbage.
Numbers feel low across the board
Hunter's mark talent at 1st takes too long, 4th is 'why would I take this?'
Healing feels bad until you get higher levels.
Talents feel like they have a super long CD to be useful or just target the wrong things.

I have tried a few builds now, except locus and the most effective against the AI seem to be monstrosity, but it was hanamura so not sure if its really counts

locust is pretty memey, personallymy favorite is the splitpush build with locust/monstro, you boost symbiote to have a stronger monstro and take the locust upgrades. Drop locusts and soak a lane while monstro push. Allows decent teamfights too
