Really? Fucking really...

Really? Fucking really? Cars now need to remind people not to leave their children and dogs in their car to overheat to death? It is now the responsibility of cars to do this?

...fucking hell...

Side view cameras and lane change sensors eliminate the need to shoulder check. You can't expect people to swivel look behind themselves can you? C'mon.

>dont put anything in rear seat
>see this warning

spooky

How else would women, niggers, chinks, blondes, rich people, shitbag teenagers, and just all around pieces of one trick dumbass people drive vehicles these days user.
The car industry would be a less profitable market if they didn't market to these people.
They want their "Safety."
These days your average soccer mom, dumb bitch, dickless guy, or midlife crisis victim looks for cars that have 200 airbags, self parking, lane warnings, self braking, 50 cameras, and 20 autistic LCD screens that can satisfy them and their autistic children.
The people who buy new cars are the same people who work simply to live day to day and are content in being adept in only one thing, their job, which they are probably already under qualified to do.

This is all the modern day car is, a dull sad tool that teaches people to never learn how to drive and uses technology we can't fully adopt yet.

You know, as edgy as this is, it's sadly true. People would rather have their car do everything for them than actually pay attention and learn to drive

imho it would be "better" if car would turn engine on, lock all doors, apply parking brake, just to make enough power to the keep ac on.

oh wait...no idling laws
FFS

Which is probably also the cause of many stupid and easily avoided accidents. People get complacent as fuck, because there's such an enormous disconnect between driver and car these days. Not to mention all the passive safety shit that makes people think they can do things like brake-check a semi and survive.

Stupid has always been around.

They don't eliminate the need to shoulder check but they act as a helpful supplemental aid to the shoulder check. If you rely on them as a total elimination of the shoulder check (especially the lane change sensors), you deserve to be removed from the gene pool.

>brake check a semi
I've seen this happen
Black Audi
Trunk nonexistant, frame curled upwards, kids pigeon paste

It's not just cars either, in general it seems that nobody wants to learn a skill anymore. People would rather watch Netflix all day and/or stare at their phone screens. Few learn how to cook, few learn to become proficient drivers, few learn to manage finances, the list goes on.

But always kept in check by caution. The safety net's gotten a way too fine mesh for these people.

Jesus christ, that's horrific.

Kids have died from getting cooked in the back because their parents forgot they were back there.

Which are a necessity because cars now look like this.

This, it is almost a daily thing come summer time. No matter how stupid and fucked your parents are, no kid deserves that

They will grow up to be just as dumb as their parents.

It's just natural selection at work.

>leave your cellphone or purse or something you need in the back seat to remember your child...
>cellphone more needed than your goddamn fucking offspring....

Also dem feels with the picture of that baby boy.... :( poor kid

>kids pidgeon paste
F

Y the windo so smol

muh safety

That's because when you ride alone, you ride with Hitler.

So everybody who optioned them onto their cars should be removed from the gene pool?

>They don't eliminate the need to shoulder check but they act as a helpful supplemental aid to the shoulder check.
This, my car has them and they are imperfect.

Optioning them on your car doesn't mean you bought them to become the sole aid for a lane change.

>driving in the middle of the fucking nowhere
>rainy moonless night
>reminder: look in rear seat
>NOPE

Stupidity doesn't care about caution, it's stupidity.
